We have used Precision Plumbing about 4 times now and each time, the service is outstanding. Always on time or early and never a mess left behind. Will always call on them for anything plumbing related.

As usual, when I called Precision Plumbing, I was able to get fast, dependable service. They were able to come within a couple of days. It was not an emergency but they did come out on time. I like that they call about 15 minutes before their arrival and they are very professional and get right to work. Job was completed quickly and professionally. I will call every time I have a plumbing need. Thanks!!

Jake and his coworker came to my house to unclog my washing machine drain pipe which was overflowing due to very old pipes which hadn't been cleared in many, many years. They arrived on time and got right to work. They were able to clear it sufficiently so that I could continue using my machine. He pointed out how really old the pipes were and would probably require further attention somewhere down the line. I had a lot happening in my life at the time and told him that I would definitely give him a call back to finish it up sometime in the near future. All in all, I was very happy with the results and definitely will let my friends and family know about them if any of them need a good, reliable plumber.

Jake Wilson from Precision Plumbing and Drain was able to save me money by repairing the back flow.for my pool. He responded quickly to my call , was on time, and did a great job. The pool auto fill line has been working perfectly for several weeks now. I highly recommend him and his company!

I found them online, after reading reviews, I called for an appointment to fix an issue that we had before new appliances could be installed, we also needed work on a shower and an outside spigot. Excellent customer service from scheduling the appointment, keeping us updated on arrive time and during the service call. We are happy with the quality work, pricing, professional and personable interaction. So happy that we now have their number in our contacts, should the need arise, we will be calling.

Precision Plumbing & Drain, owned by Jake, is a complete scam. He quoted one price, then doubled it after starting the job — with no warning. Left holes in the drywall, pipes leaking, and refused to fix anything unless I paid more. Took my money and ran. Shady, dishonest, and dangerous. Stay far away.

This is the second time we have hired Precision Plumbing and Drain Inc. We initially hired them about 2 years ago to address a backup issue in our bathrooms, and Jake did such an excellent job that we didn't hesitate to call him again when we encountered a more pressing plumbing issue.

Jake was very responsive and honest about the extent of the damage to our main water line. His professionalism and transparency were truly appreciated, as it allowed us to make an informed decision without any surprises. The team that Jake assembled, including Stephen, was quick, efficient, and respectful throughout the entire process. They worked diligently to ensure that the job was completed to our satisfaction, and they were careful to minimize any disruption to our daily lives (as I work from home).

I had a great experience with Precision Plumbing. They responded quickly to get my water heater replaced. The technician was friendly and competent. All at a reasonable price. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs.

I had an issue with my toilet and based on my previous experiences, I called Precision to schedule service and they were able to squeeze me in promptly.

Ultimately after talking with them, it was decided that I needed a new toilet which they were able to expedite the installation of the next day.

They’re nice and friendly and easy to deal with. The price charged was fair and reasonable. I won’t hesitate to call Precision in the future.

I must say that Steven and Jacob demonstrated exceptional honesty, punctuality, efficiency, skill, and reliability, providing top-quality plumbing services that exceeded our expectations. His team went above and beyond by maintaining water to my residence while re-piping the house. When they say they are re-piping the whole house that's exactly what they mean. Every water line, hose bib, and angle stop valves, and hoses connecting sinks faucets and toilets......all new. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
