Fairly certain I got taken today. I've used this company in the past and they were reasonable before, today the cost was double what was paid in the past. A little more for working the weekend was acceptable, but when my tank was pumped I was was told, "once their truck was full, if I wanted the job completed, it'd cost me an additional $300 for them to come back and finish". I wasn't told about this additional cost before the job started, only after the job was half done. What choice did I have at that point. Looks like from other reviews, I'm not the only one overcharged for "services".

Quoted $675 for a weekend call which was understandable, and an additional $200 for the acid which I was ok with, but ended up having to pay $1,200 to have the job completed.

I requested service to have my toilets snaked due to recurring issues I've had in the past — a quick and simple fix. The technicians who came out told me they needed to cut into the concrete and replace piping, quoting me $6,000. Thankfully, I decided to get a second opinion. Another plumbing company came out, resolved the issue in just 10 minutes, and only charged me $175. I'm incredibly glad I trusted my instincts and sought that second opinion.

We called for urgent flood service in our master bathroom, and Rescue Hero responded immediately from Bakersfield. Their team cleared the clog quickly—faster than their drive time to Tehachapi. The pricing was very reasonable considering it was an emergency call.

I called Rescue Hero late last night because my water heater was leaking. They sent out their guys and were there within an hour. My water heater was rotten and rescue hero had it fixed and replaced that same night. They were super quick and affordable.
