Albert came to try and help me solve why my water heater pilot light would not stay lit. He said that while he got it to turn on he would have to come back with a part that he didn’t not have. I asked him if he could show me how he got it to turn on at all because I was sure it would turn off before he would be able to come back. He did not show me. When I called back because it in fact turned off again after a few hours I was told by receptionist that the earliest he could come back was the following day. And more than likely I would have to pay for them to come out again. I was unsure as to why I would have to pay again since the original problem I called for had not been fixed. I called because the pilot light would not stay lit and it had turned off again and Albert had already said he would have to come back with the part. The receptionist informed me that Albert had notated that the issue was resolved and that he did something to a wire. He had told me that wire would have to be replaced and he did not have it.
So again I am confused as to why i would have to pay again since he has not finished the original repair.

Mikr did a great job unclogging the toilet. He serviced us after hours especially since he drove out of his way during New Year's Eve. Mike didn't mind helping us during this emergency situation. He was friendly and communicated very well.

The service was superb! I liked how the contractor called ahead to inform me of their arrival and was on time for the service appointment. He was also very prompt and efficient when it came to the actual servicing of our water heater. He even gave us tips on how to keep our unit working properly. My main water line broke under my concrete driveway. The guys came out and got busy cutting the concrete and digging to the pipe. It was deep. Lots of work. Put the correct repair part and refilled and cleaned up nicely. Very professional work. I’ll use this company again and recommend it.

My water heater sprang a leak on Monday morning. I called at 10:30, I was informed up front of pricing for a remove and replace with same.
The technician (Jeremiah) arrived at my home before noon. My needs were confirmed, the replacement was installed with water back on by 3:30.

I had a copper pipe break in my wall going to an outdoor faucet called on a Saturday morning. They had someone there within the hour and had it repaired and water turned back on in an hour. Did a great job.

The quality of service and the response time was excellent. I really enjoyed Matthew and his work ethic. The 3 stars is because I did about 30-40% of the work and it was not reflected in the total price. Matthew was only here 1.5 hours and if I hadn't done anything it would have easily been 3+ hours. Each job should be evaluated for time and not some generic install fee.

Charles H. arrived quickly and replaced the leaking cartridge. He was friendly and I would recommend both him and his company.

Reception staff was very courteous, immediately booked the service the same day and provided me with expected expenses. Technician/plumber called in early which was better for us. He was very professional and wear shoe covers inside the house. Repair on our clogged shower drain was done efficiently, and he tidy up and cleaned the area afterwards. I highly recommend this company because of my experience on how they perform.

Called the phone number on a Sunday afternoon and got in touch with Jerry who was on call. He told me the rates and I agreed and he came out about an hour and a half later. Hayden was great! Knew all about the problems my kitchen faucet was having. Made great suggestions as to what to do and was very time efficient!

On the phone, it was implied that they may be able to help with our toilet issues even if the underlying issue was the septic tank. But instead, I had to pay $149 for them to tell me what I already suspected, which was that it was the septic tank. I signed up for the services, assuming there was something that they would be able to do to help the toilets flush temporarily even if it was the septic tank. I felt very misled.

Charles provided a quick response and was able to efficiently fix my issue leaving no mess behind. Very courteous and professional and did a great job explaining what was involved and the steps he would need to take.
