The plumbing dock was amazing we called him at the last minute on a busy Sunday super bowl Sunday at that they have excellent customer service they arrived to our residence as soon as possible and took care of our issues highly recommend this company

This is the second time we needed to call them out. The first time was a little over a year ago on Thanksgiving. They were the only one willing to come out and that wasn't going to cost an arm and a leg. They were super fast and professional.

We had to call them out today for our bath tub not wanting to drain and was backed up into the kitchen. Once again they were fast and professional. Today Tim arrived sooner than we expected and only needed to be there less than 20min. He fixed the problem with ease and was super nice and professional. If we ever need to call a plumber again, we will be calling Plumbing Doc. Thank you Tim for saving the day.

Plumbing Doc came out and replaced my water heater. Customer service was great, AJ the technician who did the installation explained everything in detail and reviewed on how to properly perform annual maintenance. Fast response time and reasonable cost. Will definitely recommend Plumbing Doc to family and friends.

Finding out we had a broken sewer line on the street was beyond stressful but plumbing doc was AMAZING!!!! They understood the stress we were under, they were so honest and helpful! Excellent experience and a job well done. A.J. along with Chris did work on the outside water pipes that leaked and took longer than expected and still charged 100 bucks less than a competitor. The inside work was done in a fast and efficient manner. From estimate to repair was finished in 2 days. I would highly recommend this establishment for all plumbing needs. We had to re-pipe our home, first of all the cuts they made inside of my homes sheet rock was cut out so perfectly that it was easy to put back when they were done doing the piping, they cleaned their work area perfectly when they were done with different areas. They were on time for each visit and I appreciate the text saying when they were on their way. they knew what they were doing and professional . I had total confidence in their jobs.

My problem was a broken tub/shower knob, a plastic Moen. The replacement I bought didn't fit with the existing setup. Isaac showed up right on time and found some parts in his truck and was able to install a temporary fix so that the handle would work for the short term. We discussed replacing the whole setup with new parts from the inside out, and Isaac gave me an estimate. I look forward to installing the new tub/shower set in the near future.

We use ldPlumbing docback in August 2024. We came back from a vacation and there was a leak that was found in our basement. They did everything and went far and beyond with their work so I do highly recommend them. They’re not the cheapest but they’re not the most expensive and they do the job right. I have you several different companies and finally, I found one that I really trust and they go straight to do the job. They don’t chip shit and chat. They don’t take their time or waste time. They really are there to help you.

My home is in Laurelglen and is over 50 years old and the plumbing in the attic failed and flooded part of the house. Rick and his team Re-plumbed the entire house from out side at the main . Every water valve and all and did it In a couple days and you could tell anything had been done ! A plus in my book .

Plumbing Doctor was at my house within an hour and a half of calling in. Technician was professional, quickly found the problem , and resolved it: the pilot light had been blown out on my water heater. The technician also recommend a specific thing to do to help that not happen again.
