Jesse and Angel did a wonderful job on our carpets, which were Very dirty and stained by pets. They worked quickly and efficiently and were very courteous. I recommend them and will use them again.

The owner answered the phone and discussed how they would treat our wool carpets gently. The crew called before they came, and were a pleasure to work with. Jesse and his teammate were friendly and helpful. They did the job quickly and consulted with us about wear patterns in the carpet fiber that couldn't be removed by cleaning. The carpets looked beautiful after they were done.

I can't say enough great things about this company and crew. We have used them for years and they are consistently on time, professional, careful, kind and considerate. Jessie and Angel leave our wall to wall carpeting looking like new. They give us tips on maintenance. This week we had a disastrous spill and Mike was nice enough to find a way to fit our job in even though they were incredibly busy. They left the carpet in wonderful, restored shape. They are utterly reliable and very talented. AND their products are non toxic which is very important to us!

Jesse and Angel came to my house and cleaned a large area rug. They did a very thorough job and gave me some recommendations on how to clean an old armchair that wasn't a good candidate for their machine. I won't hesitate to use them again. Peninsula Chem-Dry's green-certified cleaning process left our light-colored rug looking brand new after years of use in a house with two cats. I highly recommend it!

I used this company twice and each time the work was excellent. Jessie and Angel were able to take out all the stains in our carpet that were caused by housebreaking our new puppy. He thoroughly examined the location and went through the whole processes piece by piece, he they explained all the options and even made great recommendations. This was my first time using Peninsula Chem-Dry. I am new to the area & chose them because of the positive reviews I read online. I was not disappointed! Their service was excellent--on time, professional, courteous & friendly and exceptionally thorough. My positive impression began when owner Mike answered my inital call and patiently took time to respond to my questions and give me an estimate based on my particular request. Scheduling was easy and convenient. Jessie & Angel arrived as a team to clean the multiple area rugs in my home. They did a terrific job. The rugs look like new, dried quickly & never left any chemical odor. Jessie offered good suggestions for maintaining them. Hired this service to clean my stairs and hallway, which were desperately in need of a deep clean. The team of Jesse and Angel were highly professional and did a thorough job and basically restored the carpet beyond what I thought was possible! When I say professional here is what I mean: they called notifying me they due to arrive in 20 minutes; did not enter my home until invited in; wore booties when in my house; had on chem-dry shirts so obviously the crew; worked as a team to get the carpet prepped and deep cleaned; laid down tarps and corner protectors in house; took the time to do the job right. Very pleased with the crew and the results. Would definitely recommend and will be using again.
