Using The Cleaning Authority is my gift to myself. I like a clean home, but I hate doing housework! My cleaning team (Aurora and Alejandra) are very efficient, work well together and always arrive with a smile! Plus my dog Eli loves them!

Been using this company for several years and they always do fantastic work. Reliable, great communication, professional, they take about an hour to clean our 3 bd/2 ba home and their bi-weekly visits remain one of the highlights of the month. They don't use strong smelling cleaners, either, which is important to me.

Twice it happened: no call, no show, after making an appointment. I used their services in a different state and they were top notch. Not so with The Cleaning Authority in San Mateo. Very weird.

Don’t like their service at all. They left garbage, utensils, kitchen sinks and even sofa basic cleaning. When enquired about the garbage and utensils at the end of service, while the central staff (Dhara) did mention that it was included, the on ground staff just denied the request. The house post cleaning felt a job barely done.

3 professional cleaners came to the house on time equipped to clean my house. They did an awesome first visit, we were able to stay in the house and move room to room to stay out of their way.
I would highly recommend this service. Everyone was masked and being safe.

We used Cleaning Authority at a prior home, then stopped for a bit, then resubscribed again at our new home. All in all, I have used them for about 10 years.

Keith texts me every two weeks to confirm & is always accommodating if we need to skip a week or reschedule.

The crew is very polite, professional, and thorough. With COVID, they wear masks. The house is always sparking and fresh after they leave. The products do not smell too perfume-y, nor like chemicals.

The price is reasonable and the company does not increase the cost every year like some other businesses.

I've had them clean our 2br, 1ba house in SSF for over two years and they always do a great job! The feeling of coming home to a house that looks great and feels clean is amazing and I get that every time with Cleaning Authority, San Mateo. Their prices are also very reasonable. Keith's communication is excellent and he is always very responsive and flexible with rescheduling. Definitely recommend them.

I've been working with Cleaning Authority for a couple of months for weekly service at our home. The owner Keith is very responsive with scheduling. Love when he sends out a team of three who can finish the job in 1 hour! Easy automatic payments via their app.

First, they clean in 2 rotations of deep cleaning (focus areas) for once a month (frequency depends on person). On time and did a good job. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were cleaned within 2 hours. The price point is decent (you get what you pay for.

Edit: over a year later. They continually miss spots in cleaning. Sometimes small (counter not all cleaned) sometimes a bit larger (like an entire shower). If you talk to management, they often will send the crew back to clean up the missed areas.

Andrea and Yensi are the best cleaners. They are thorough and they leave my house sparkling clean. The cat hair that takes over our wooden floor, gone. I’m so impressed by the quality of their work every single time. I would highly recommend them.

When I moved into my place almost five years ago, I hired The Cleaning Authority to come by every two weeks to clean, and I have been so pleased with them. Keith came over first to assess the house and show me what they could do.
After that, a team arrived every two weeks and I've always been very satisfied with their work. When I've happened to be home when they are here, the team is always very pleasant and efficient. The prices are reasonable and Keith is always accommodating if my schedule changes. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority!

I've been using the cleaning authority for several months, twice a month. They do a solid job and we love how the house feels so clean afterwards. I haven't used a cleaning service before but what I really think stands out for them is the quality of the people - both the cleaning staff and the management as well. Everyone is friendly, always on time, responsive, and accommodating. They easily do all sorts of special requests for us and it's been nothing but a smile every time. Value seems good too but I don't really know since I didn't shop around too much or have too much past experience. We also live very close by so it's nice to support a local business. I look forward to continuing to use their services.

Today my team consisted of Rosa and Andrea, and Rosa again exceeded my expectations.the rotation of cleaning g tasks focused on my kitchen. Rosa removed all the food from my refrigerator and cleaned all the shelves and drawers very thoroughly. The team that regularly cleans my house always go above and beyond my expectations. A few months ago when Rosa and Claudia were cleaning my house, they noticed water leaking under my kitchen sink. They sent pictures of the leaking water to Dhara, the coordinator of Cleaning Authority services, and she immediately sent the pictures to me and texted me about the situation. As it happened, I was on vacation, and not able to return until January 9. Rosa and Claudia removed all the cleaning supplies from under the sink, and placed rags and towels in the area to absorb the water. Luckily for me I was able to reach a plumber who made an emergency call, diagnosed that the leak was coming from the instant hot water dispenser, and made the necessary repairs.

The two ladies that came to our house didn't do a great job. They didn't move the dog's crate and clean behind it and there was dust left on some of the less used surfaces in our house. The icing on the cake was that they caused some sort of electrical issue with our oven in which we need to constantly reset it. They denied that it was their fault; however the oven stopped functioning properly right after they were done cleaning it. Currently exploring options to force this company to pay for the repairs.
