Raymond also coordinated with a local house cleaning service who came in the following day for a detailed move-out cleaning, which my landlord required. I was especially grateful that Raymond made sure my house keys were turned in to the property managers for me, saving me from having to make another trip back just for that. Raymond was absolutely wonderful! He came out to our place in Belmont just a couple of days after I called. Not the usual crew. And they arrived really early so we weren’t ready for them. They didn’t make the beds correctly. They did a good job on the bathroom but didn’t wipe down the trash can lid. Good job dusting and vacuuming

This week was not their best. Bed was made sloppily. the under blanket and sheets were not neatly tucked and smoothed out. Also, I don’t know what they are using on our wood floor but it’s sticky and leaves foot prints, and in my case, crutches marks, and makes it look dirty. Is there another Cleaner they can use? The mops aren’t really cleaning the floor. They just go over the dirt.

My regular lead cleaner Maria is out this week.

The company has a good reputation so I was expecting they would do a good job but they exceeded my expectations. My laminate floors have never looked as clean as they do now and they even cleaned my iphone and ipad. I strongly recommend this company.
