We had repair work done in the house and there was debris dust everywhere. I contacted The Cleaning Authority and asked for an additional day of cleaning out of my usual schedule. They responded with a slot the next day. The crew did a great job. Now I feel comfortable moving stuff back in place

Great, convenient, reasonable option (given the availability) for cleanings.

Crew was fast clean and through. They arrive with invoice and line item tasks. It is in english and the speak Spanish. A small point of confusion can be eliminated by texting manager for direction

A meticulous team, I liked them very much and I recommend them to everyone.

The Cleaning Authority has excellent service - I recommend them highly. They have an app that makes it easy to schedule your cleanings, submit payment, and automatically tip your cleaners. So much better than fumbling around with cash.

The team is also highly responsive and communicative. I had to reschedule several cleanings and alter instructions several times - all communication was handled smoothly.

The cleaners all do a phenomenal job. They show up on time, leave the house sparkling clean, and are incredibly respectful and kind.

Floors were shiny clean , everything freshly dusted , workers are always polite and smiling.

Various individuals with the Cleaning Authority have come to clean our home for well over a year now. They are always nice and we’ve had no problems with trustworthiness.
On occasion, there are some things that don’t get cleaned or cleaned properly. Case in point was today when they left debris or stains on the kitchen floor (It’s a new floor, and I was able to clean up after they left). Picture attached.
Today’s crew had some nice touches, such as the way towels were folded and blankets/pillows arranged.
Like many cleaning companies, there is so much they don’t do that I wish they did. Windows for example. And if you want your oven, cleaned, that’s extra.
We will continue to use them for now

This company has been cleaning my home for over eight years. They are reliable and provide comprehensive cleaning services. Staff are friendly, focused on the job and efficient. I use this service to clean my elderly mom‘s house. They are always very professional and help out extra when needed. I love the cute origami paper towels that they do! Highly recommend.

INVASION OF PRIVACY - During the initial walkthrough, we clearly mentioned to them that my husband and I work from home so that it is important that we know what time they are coming. However they have shown up multiple times hours before the time we were told. Today, our cleaners WALKED IN (no knock or call whatsoever) to our living room an hour before we were told they’d come and I felt completely violated.
2. CLEANING - They are fast but not thorough and do not move dining chairs, trash can, shoes, etc to vacuum. We mentioned this to them already but it’s always somewhere new they didn’t clean (Example: dirt/dust under dining chairs because they never move the chairs to vacuum, didn’t dust nightstand/coffee table, didn’t vacuum parts of living room - had visible dust bunnies)
3. SHOES IN HOUSE - We do not wear our shoes in the house and clearly mentioned this during the walkthrough and to the cleaners before but every time they come they start walking around with shoes in the house unless told to put shoe covers on.
