After the cleaning, my upholstery and carpets feel like new, even with pets in the house. When I have an urgent mess, like a pet accident, David is quick to help and does his best to fit me in. He works really hard, and I would recommend this service to anyone who wants their home to look and feel refreshed.

They charged me 160.00 bucks just to wet my carpets and not clean them this is what they look like after drying since sunday i was told to let them dry naturally and if there was a problem they will come back out and deal with it becauseof the price i paid even tho i was quoted 79.00 for 2 rooms insteadof the 160.00 i had to pay....I was given no receipt as promised or text ..then I called today to let them know my carpets were horrible and I'm still waiting for a call back ...I guess we will see what happens

Terrible costumer service!!! Waste of time! Do not book because I had an appointment from 8-11am and had to call at 10:55am because no one called or came. Than they connected with the technician and he had an attitude like I was outside for 20 mins and about to leave. The technician never called to say they were outside. Than he came unprepared to do the cleaning when I explained I’m moving and need it done that day. Than they told me from 4-5pm and they never came back. I called and said they will call me back and never did. Rude and just a waste of time

i chose Top Berkeley Carpet Cleaners after reading great reviews. i was happy to get a carpet cleaning appointment the very next day. we just moved into a home where the carpets had not been cared for, and even though we want to change the floors eventually, there was a lot of dirt showing in busy areas. grant texted me before arriving, came right on time, and did an amazing job. i couldn't have asked for a more detailed and thorough carpet cleaning, and the price was really good! grant and his teammate were both professional and knew a lot about cleaning carpets. i already told them i'd be calling again in six months if we haven't updated the floors by then. i highly recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

I wish I could give more than five stars. The team might not show up in matching uniforms or have a big call center, but what really matters is how well they clean carpets. They took their time and did a better job than any other carpet cleaning company I’ve tried. I have two Corgis who sometimes leave pet spots behind, but after Brandon came and worked on the carpets, every single spot was gone. The carpets look so clean that even my dogs don’t want to have accidents inside anymore!
