GBPS is outstanding with communicating and the rates are easily the most reasonable in the area. You get more than what you pay for though because my office is sparkling! Juan and his team were prompt and worked steadily for hours to ensure that our house is sealed up and rat resistant. Juan took me everywhere they worked so I could see everything they did. His team hauled away a junk we found while cleaning out our basement and shed for them to seal. I’m very pleased with Alley Cat and will recommend them to anyone needing to exterminate.

The 4-person team from AlleyCat just completed their work. The workers were very thorough, closing off a number of holes in the interior and exterior of the house with wire mesh. They vacuumed the droppings in the kitchen cabinets and in the crawl space, taking photos as they went along. I spoke with the foreman to get progress reports as he went along. I would say the work of the team was very thorough. If one aspect of the project could be improved, I would suggest better communication between the initial inspector and the client. I had to leave multiple voice messages over the course of 2 weeks before he called me back to answer some questions I had about his report. Once I spoke with him he was very informative and responsive & I was reassured. All in all, a very positive experience so far with Alleycat. I will update this review to report on their follow up.

Ate arrived quickly and removed the 2 rats that were causing a smell. He had been to our place multiple times over the years and is professional, friendly, and quick. He is very responsive when we have smells impacting us outside of the normal trap checks.

Juan is a good organizer and communicator. It was a two day 5 man job to clean up my attic and crawl space that got rodents infested. They sealed the building from all directions, swept the crawl space, replaced insulations in attic. They also promised a 3 year warranty. I hope my tenants would be happy to have a rodent free life there

Really great work. He did a thorough inspection and found some new spaces that the mice had gotten into. He sealed them all up. He did all this on a Saturday.

Hugo did a great follow-up visit to find out where the latest mice entered our below crawl space. He found the new hole along our foundation, plugged it, then checked under the house to make sure the hole was plugged. Fredy and crew exceeded my expectations with their thorough sealing of all access points and cleaning up of the mess of chewed wood, feces, urine, and torn up insulation. The Alley Cat team was professional, hard working, thorough and stayed in constant communication throughout the day long job. I would highly recommend them. They did rodent removal and rodent proofing, vapor barrier and new ducting. I was disgusted by what came out of underneath the house. They did an amazing job and would highly recommend them.

Had a follow-up inspection with a technician. It is great to have a technician that has visited my property in the past, as he knew exactly where to go and what to look for. No issues reported and Alley Cat's preventative maintenance is working.
