Kruse plumbing helped me a lot by advising me about a repair that may be needed in the future. They did NOT try to sell me a new appliance when it was not needed. I am very grateful.

Prices quoted for floor drain cleaning ($1,100) or hydro jet cleaning of that drain ( $1,800) were outrageous . And it took 22 minutes for the technician to call back and forth several times with his office to get the quotes , so it went over the 1st 15 minutes free time allowance, so we had to pay $375 for the delay of L J Kruse even to come up with prices.

A total disaster, and we do not recommend..

Jason with LJ Kruse was nothing short of excellent. I had a major leak at my place of business. He arrived within the hour, identified the leak, and repaired it within hours. I can’t recommend LJ Kruse enough!!

Repair person was helpful, friendly, and competent. Fixed heater problem in under 30 minutes and DID NOT CHARGE ME!!!!!

I needed to replace a 25 year-old toilet, that was no longer working efficiently. Of course, I did a search on the Internet to find out what brand would be best and who to call.
It was pretty clear that, at this time, Toto was the best low-flow toilet. The next question, who to call? After reading reviews, I chose L.J. Kruse Plumbing. I was not disappointed. L.J. Kruse sent clear and frequent communications about the pending job. Miguel came to assess the situation. We talked about repairing what I had, a push-button single flush, or replacing it with a low flow. I chose to replace it and Miguel recommended a Toto two piece.
I received the estimate the next day, agreed to it, and was able to schedule the installation for the following week.
Miguel was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and on time for both visits. The removal of the old toilet and installation of the new one was smooth. I could not be happier with the outcome and I’m happy I chose L.J. Kruse Plumbing.

I had a service call with Greg from L.J. Kruse plumbing and it was a great experience. After a recent bad experience with another plumbing company who had been "acquired" into a bigger conglomeration, I called Kruse at 4 p.m. on a Thursday.

Greg came out on a Friday morning as promised and gave a ten star experience. Was great and I would enthusiastically recommend Kruse based on that experience.

Fantastic!! First, Dave, who came to provide an estimate, was on time, respectful, clear about the work and expectations.
Then, Will, the manager was super accommodating when it came about discussing payment plan options.
Finally but most importantly, the crew that came on site to do the work was just incredible. Jason led his crew through the work, took the time to brief on the plan for the day, was extremely amenable to our constraints (baby and nap schedule), very respectful and kind. Always checking if things were okay and giving us the heads up, they are by far the best crew we had working on our house. They went beyond our expectations and we will gladly recommend them to anyone looking for solid plumbing work. Thank you Jason & Greg for the wonderful work you provided. We are delighted by the end result!

Jordan was great! Showed him everything! Regarding our air conditioning! Our gauge, heat pump and main unit. He noted the filter had not been changed which surprised me. He marked with arrows how to replace the new filter in! Grateful it was only the filter that was causing the unit not to work! Getting filter tomorrow 😊
