Exceptional service thus far. I called them this morning and Amber picked up the phone right away and in a matter of minutes I was scheduled for an appointment the very same day I called. Michael, the technician, was prompt, polite and professional and was happy to answer all of my questions. I look forward to reviewing their quote ( which should arrive in a day or so) for a new water heater. I highly recommend calling them for your plumbing needs.

I liked Mike Lewis. He had creative ideas on how to improve our air conditioner performance. His estimate called for 1.5 days work. The work barely took 4 hours - so I think it was overpriced. The part that was most surprising was that Mike never checked in after the work was done to see if the work met my needs. The technician on the job could not prove that the extra ducting actually drew more hot air out of our living spaces. Technician also did not lay mats down everywhere and we had problems with dust.
On really hot days - we still experienced heat that exceeded what the thermostat was set for, I still cannot tell you that the work done achieved what it was supposed to do.

Plumber Jason Miller was great. On time, able to replace shower faucets quickly and advise on other projects.

Johnny came twice, evaluated the issue and then returned to fix it. Kept me informed and completed the job, checked for leaks, did additional repair that we thought might be required and rechecked. Professional and personable. Steam heating.

L J Kruse company was contacted to attend to our boiler serving 25 unit apt. complex. They sent Mitch Mein to our property and in an hour or so he installed necessary parts and put our boiler into service. Excellent and Timely service from a highly competent technician. Thank you,

I am extremely pleased with the visit by the L.J. Kruse technician, Matt Hopkins, who solved the problem with our in-floor radiant heating system, and patiently explained in detail what caused the system to shut down. He also left us with quotes for more involved cleaning of the system in case the outage is repeated. I will be happy to call upon him in the future if needed.

We haven’t used LJ Kruse yet for any work but we had Mike come out and estimate new duct work, new furnace, heat pump, and dual zone heating… and WOW he was above and beyond. We’ve had two other quotes and while this one ended up being more cost-wise, it was also MUCH more educational, personable, he took almost an hour at our kitchen table with us to explain everything in detail, answered every question we had, and was available after the in-home estimate too. It was just above and beyond service (even on the phone setting up the appointment was beyond professional and thoughtful) So albeit premature for a review on products or work, it was just a great experience so far and we’re really grateful!

Very easy company to work with. They were responsive and helped on short notice. I don't think the price matched the work that was required (1 hour labor) because the quote was based on The expectation more expected work would have been needed, and it wasn't adjusted afterwards. Other than that, the work was reliable and good.

Had a great experience with Michael K from LJ Kruse. He took care of a difficult drain clearance and fixed an airlock issue with my radiant heat. Courteous, listened to my ideas, worked fast and clean. I would request to have him back in the future. 5 Stars

LJ Kruse service was great. Jordan serviced the furnace within 24 hours of requesting service. He was on time, professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything to me, and got the furnace running again. The service fee was explained clearly by staff when I made the appointment and I was billed as expected. I strongly recommend LJ Kruse.
