It was nice to see Ryan the technician again. He was very professional a repaired our 16 year old Subzero freezer so it’s now good as new.
HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! Literally so many things they did wrongs. 1) Charged us over $2000 for a repairs. Then when the technician came out to put in the part he said we only actually only needed a $10pc from that expensive part. But we didn't get any reimbursement back. 2) Ordered fridge parts for our dishwasher, so we had to wait again for them to come out - which we ended up fixing ourselves. 3) Rep was not knowledgable and rude. 4) When making appts. you are at their beck and call when they will come. 5) Said they would tell us a day before when they are coming and not a moment sooner so we can schedule on our end. 6) I ended up having to call them at 3pm to see what time they were coming. 7) Showed up an hour late. (they really do not care about your time at all. 8) AND THE WORSE...I have left 2 emails, three phone calls and numerous text with the customer service to talk about this for over a week and still NO ONE has bother to get back to me. I feel we were scammed out of money. Taking this to BBB and calling my credit card company to file a dispute.

I was dreading trying to service my not so common, older, stove down draft vent but Executive found the right tech and coordinated the repair quite efficiently. It was a complicated repair requiring multiple visits and multiple out of stock parts which were all sourced with the help of Executive. I never paid for a part that wasn’t necessary and I never paid for additional labor (second and third visit) beyond the first repair quote. Visits were always a few days after the last. David the tech was nice, knowledgeable and thorough.
Ryan is an excellent Viking appliance tech with great customer service skills. He was on-time and very helpful, kind, professional, quick, respectful and skilled. He went above and beyond by helping me with my other Viking appliances, too. He adjusted the burners on my range, offered cleaning solutions and explained how to utilize my appliances. He is an asset to the Executive Appliance company and I would use the company again because of him. His workmanship should definitely be acknowledged by management. Thank you again Ryan. Be well.
