Likely the least helpful office/company I've encountered.

I work for a consulting company that inspects HVAC systems and had a fairly simple question that I was hoping they could confirm for me one way or the other. Not only did I have to leave a message just to get in contact with the office, when I did receive a call back it was just to direct me to someone else...and that someone else didn't pick up, and also has a full mailbox. I guess you don't have to be very professional when there's limited competition out there.

I chose to go with this company because of their transparency on pricing, their prompt service and great communication. They came out, completed the job and even helped with looking at my ducted aircon, complimentary. The guys were professional, friendly and courteous and my house was kept clean. Thank you.
