"Sigler Brea. Can you hold please?"...proceed to being on hold for 20 minutes average.

Anyone calling Sigler can relate. Its ridiculous.

Why is it that US Air, Johnstone, Allied, RSD, AC Pro, United and all the others have figured out a way to actually handle incoming phone calls while this behemoth can't get the system right and insist that phone orders take a minimum 30 minutes?

I don't care who's responsible for this, but it needs to stop.

Every chance I get I cross Carrier parts over so I don't pay twice as much to experience the worst customer service in the industry.

Hands down the best Sigler in the area. Jared is always there to help when shit hits the fan always willing to make things right.

Sigler Brea is a great HVAC supplier. The guys are knowledgeable and quick. They get orders ready fast, saving me time. They are always friendly and a pleasure to work with. To other techs who complaint about long hold times: this only happens during very busy times. On average, they answer the phones rather quickly. Also, Carrier family of brands is of great quality. They stock all of the basic tools and supplies. I highly recommend them.

Joe, who unloaded me, was very pleasant to deal with! He has a long experience in truck driving also. The rear dock (12) is blind side but doable. Tight maneuvering so your skills will be tested.

You best clear your schedule for the day if you need to order parts from these clowns. They will leave you on hold all day. Definitely the worst customer service out of all supply houses out there. This isn't a one time issue for me. This is EVERY TIME I CALL THESE CLOWNS!!!! I'm writing this as I wait on hold AGAIN, and in 17 minutes in so far. It will get past 30 min, easy.

To any drivers delivering here. It's the first driveway with the call box, NOT the one closest to the meat place. It is a blind side back depending on how full of equipment their yard is, and some of the place is a bit tight to drive through. The staff here are really cool and helpful if u need a spotter. Once backed into the dock, I was unloaded quickly. Stay safe out there.

Ronnie at the parts counter was really helpful. Picked up a pressure switch for the last service call of the year. Ameduri Air really appreciates sigler. Thank you for the continued business!
