We used a different company for years to service our AC unit. We called Spicer to get a quote, and they were much more reasonable. And great service! We never looked back!!

Great emergency response. We had a rodent die in our air return plenum. Spicer came and replaced ducting and took the offending party out with the dirty ducting. Quick and easy. Great job. Many thanks!!

They responded immediately in setting up an appointment, showed up to said appointment on time and were able to fix make the repair right away. Fast and great service. We'd been limping along a 30 year old system that was poorly maintained by previous owners for a few years, and when we called Spicer Mechanical for an estimate, we really felt like we were given an honest opinion, not a sales pitch like we were with a couple of the bigger HVAC companies. When the time finally came several months later that we needed to replace our system, they were fast, friendly, affordable, and professional. Would highly recommend.

Chad and Leon and the entire team at Spicer Mechanical are so kind and honest! We had our ducks replaced and they showed up on time, did the work quickly and cleaned up everything before they left. I had some cables run through the attic a few months later and they said “whoever did that work up there did an awesome job!!” If you ever need any AC HVC work done they are the ones to call! Smooth transaction all the way around. Very professional, excellent communication, thorough follow-up on all questions and bids. We got 2 other bids but Spicer was the lowest and most responsive. They installed our mini-split A/C unit on time and without issue. Then sent us cookies as a thank you! Who does that? Excellent customer service, definitely recommend.

Calcoms solution is a very effective company with a management which is exceptional. Mr. Ghaeli is a very professional manager with a kind manner which made me think to have more businuss.

With the busy schedule Michael had, he was able to squeeze me in. Came over within an hour and found out what the problem is within 30 mins. Unfortunately he didn't have the part that needed to replace. Came back the next day (again, squeeze me in his busy schedule) and got my AC unit running again. Great service, will call again if there is any AC issues. I would recommend their service to anyway.

This is the second time I have used Michael's services and I have to say I am always impressed. His customer service is absolutely amazing. He goes the extra mile with everything he does. He is respectful of your home and your wallet. It's not often you get the best deal with the best service. I can't recommend him enough. You would be foolish to use anyone else.
