We were having A/C with our mini-split system. We had three other companies come to resolve the issue and they would say it was fixed, and within 24 hours, we were back to the same issues.

I did plenty of research before deciding on a ductless recessed mini split since my older home does not have central air. After comparing cost of materials and labor, Living Air Design provided a very fair estimate considering the complexity of the project due the minimal clearance above the ceiling. The lead service tech, Cris, and his team were able to install the system in a very clean and concealed way. I'll definitely call Cris and Living Air Design again when I'm ready to install another!

Our ac unit was having issues with not blowing cool air, so I called Living Air. They were able to make schedule for the next day (super quick). Our technician, Cris, was very communicative with what he was going to look at and what could be the issue/fix. Our capacitor was broken, so he was able to replace it right away. The whole experience was very smooth and professional. I highly recommend Living Air Design & Cris for anyone looking for any HVAC issues!

I was referred to Living Air by a friend about 5 months ago to service my walk in coolers at my Market. They were on time, finished quickly and gave me a great price. Since then I have had issues with a freezer thermostat, refrigerator thermostat and an issue with my home AC. Each time I needed help Jacob was there to handle it. Living Air Design has been great to work with. They were able to fix our issue that 2 other HVAC companies were not able to help us with. Great customer service from start to finish. Cristopher, our service tech, worked late into the evening to make sure our unit was in good working condition before he left. He also gave pointers on what to do on a routine basis to maintain our unit.

First, let me start by saying that this review will not even begin to do enough justice to what an amazing experience my family had with Living Air Design. Flexibility, let’s start off with that. Our entire system shut down and it was 100°. I have two children and two dogs and a wife that absolutely cannot tolerate heat. Jacob was so accommodating and he came out to solve the problem right away. When it turned out that there was an additional issue, he still consulted me over the phone on his day off! When it turned out we needed an additional fix, his schedule was packed. He decided to go above and beyond. And he came at 5 AM in the morning to fix our issue so that we would not be without air-conditioning during the holiday. Not only would I recommend this company to anyone, but I will also be using them for all my needs in the future. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Living Air Design was one of 5 bids we reviewed to replace our 27 year old 5 ton HVAC and furnace. I was specifically looking for the new Daikin Fit DZ6SVS. 5 Ton Heat Pump. Living Air Design was one of only 3 Daikin Pro Certified installers in SoCal. Greg the owner came out to meet me and my wife to inspect our unit and provide a quote. Greg was very professional and knowledgeable, no upselling, no pressure just answered all our questions. As promised Greg provided the quote within 24 hours made suggestions to save us money, including providing options to repair and replace our duct work instead just recommending full replacement. Living Air Design needed 2 days to complete the project and Jacob showed up early at 7:50 am both days but waited.in their vehicles until 8:00 their stated start time. Jacob the owner’s Son and his crew were amazing and the clean design and setup of the attic system and outdoor unit looked fantastic. Jacob made to explain everything as they were doing the work. He took extra time to show us how to use the new thermostat and Jacob’s, expertise, professionalism was so refreshing. I highly recommend this company. Couldn’t be happier with the new Daikin Fit and the the service we received.

After a long period of waiting for a new Quilt heat pump system available where we live, Living Air Design (LAD) was recommended by Quilt. Just like the top quality of Quilt system, LAD was the first class contractor with its expertise in HVAC, both technical knowledge as well as installation techniques. I will try to make it brief how the entire process went well with no hiccups (after 30+ years in AEC industry, this is quite rare):

Pre-installation Site Walk through:
Before actual construction started, team of LAD (Greg and Gustavo), Quilt engineer (Edward) came and spent almost 3 hours, going through the home site, discussing in details for the routing design and installation strategy. The entire process was very professional, detailed with honest opinion sharing and agreement, which was the foundation of the smooth installation.

Installation Construction:
On the starting day of instruction, LAD team (Greg, Jacob, Daniel, Michael) showed up on time (again very rare quality of professionalism), started immediate working, starting with covering and protecting construction areas to avoid dirt and dust inside the house, constantly wearing shoe covers inside. And, boy, they worked hard, no music, no hobnobbing. Just focusing on installation, while paying attention to details (another rare quality) This was repeated every day during the construction period. The entire team worked like a well oiled machine! During the construction, every crew member showed the respect to the home owner, and, listened very well (one more rare quality). The electrician from Xcel under LAD (Angel) was also super professional in knowledge and execution of wiring.

Post-installation Walk-through:
Once a brand new Quilt system is installed, Jacob offered the post-installation walk through, demonstrating the system, answering questions with clarifications, explaining what-to-do and what-not-to-do, regular maintenance items, etc. This process was quite helpful to understand the high-tech Quilt heat pump system.

I can go on and on, bragging about Quilt system and LAD performance. It was truly the first class experience in my 30+ years of personal and professional experiences in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industries, which set the bar quite high for the acceptance and satisfaction. And, both Quilt and Living Air Design have passed with flying colors!

Living Air Design was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a Home Repair contractor of any sort! This means a lot considering I've been managing rental properties for over 40 years!
