We had a different company come and replace our furnace and ac unit. The furnace made a humming/moaning sound every time it turned on. Jacob came and tried to make it quieter. It worked for about one day. We were just going to live with the annoyance when Jacob called us back, after his vacation, to see how the unit was doing. He was able to put us on his schedule within 4 days. He was prompt and worked quickly. He waited around to make sure the system was set up and running correctly. He ran both the ac and heater. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that ask.

I highly recommend this company to gentleman came and vacuum it out my horribly awful air conditioner. They fix the rails on it. They brought me new filters. They’re clean they used shoe guards. Not having air conditioning when it's hot is something none of us wants to deal with. The question is, who can you trust to get help. Today, a technician from Living Air Design came to investigate. I found him to be very thorough. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and compassionate with my dilemma. There was an issue that arose regarding cost of service and I found the company management to be very understanding. They went above and beyond to ensure that their customer would have only positive thoughts for their company. In today's markets, it's all about trust. No trust, no business. I can honestly say, that if you choose Living Air Design, you will deal with a company that has your best interests in mind, will make sure you are comfortable with whatever decisions you make by providing you all of the information you need. Bottom line: They are a trustable company.

After years of HVAC issues and multiple companies attempting repairs without real results, Living Air Design was a breath of fresh air—literally and figuratively. Honestly one of the best experiences I've had working with any trade. I had a situation where a previous contractor had installed a wall heater and left without completing the job, and my house is in escrow to sell. I called and explained what I had and needed over the phone, and what I needed done. Jacob came over later in the afternoon the same day, with the parts he thought he needed and extra just in case. A good thing he thought ahead as it needed more than what we thought, but thankfully he came prepared. My heaters up and running and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them.

I am hard to do business with because i think i can spend money anywhere. I went to DH, but before they would even come out to give a they ask me for all kinds of stuff ( about paying). I called Accurate they came within 2 min of the time they said, they installed as agreed, explained and did a great job.

New HVAC system installed by Accurate Air and we love it! Old Carrier system was making noise from the motor. These new systems make a bit of noise. The team came together first thing in the AM and everybody was working by 8:30. Michael, Chance, and Andrew showed up to verify all parts were accounted for.

We had heat before the end of the day! The whole system is so much quieter.
