After having four different HVAC companies come try to figure out what was wrong with my 3 year old HVAC system, AARD Mechanical came to the rescue. I was so impressed with every aspect of their service. Frida M. was very friendly, extremely efficient, set up the initial appointment and kept great communications with me every step of the way. Allan B. showed up on time and worked diligently to find out why the heater wasn't working properly. They didn't even charge us for the assessment and estimate like most other companies do. Allan provided us with pictures and explained what the problem was. Allan came over several days later, fixed the problem, showed our tenants exactly what was wrong and which parts he replaced. I couldn't have asked for a more efficient, trustful and thorough HVAC company.

AARD did a great job repairing my AC! I had another company come out first and they quoted me over triple the price and said it was impossible the get the parts so I should just buy an entirely new HVAC system. Josh from AARD diagnosed my broken unit and he had parts ordered and repaired the AC for a reasonable price within 2 days.

Professional evaluation. Replaced failed compressor on home AC. Processed OEM warranty, and completed the repair in a professional manner. Appreciate the help from the whole team.

I had a very disappointing experience with AARD Mechanical company. They came out to provide an on-site estimate and everything seemed straightforward. I paid a deposit and scheduled the installation. However, on the day of installation, they suddenly told me that they'd have to break open my drywall to fit the unit—something that was never mentioned during the estimate. To make matters worse, they told me I would need a city permit, which would cost an additional $1,800—another surprise. Since the scope had clearly changed, I asked them to install a like-for-like wall heater (lower BTU than quoted), which doesn’t require a permit or drywall work. Instead of working with me on this reasonable request, they abruptly canceled the entire job. This company wasted my time, took my deposit under false pretenses, and showed zero accountability or flexibility when their own assessment turned out to be inaccurate. I would not recommend them to anyone looking for a professional or transparent HVAC provider.

Just had our dryer vent/duct cleaned out. The price I was quoted was the actual price paid upon completion; no hidden fees or surprise costs. The technician on our job, Joshua, was on time, knowledgeable, respectful, and very nice. He suggested some further improvements to the dryer area which we are waiting for their price estimate on. I highly suggest AARD for any HVAC service you may need completed. Out of all the other quotes I initially received, they had the best pricing and communication. AARD was amazing. Communicative, efficient, respectful, with great prices for service. We had two gas wall heaters installed into our family home, it certainly was nice to find a caring company that doesn't gouge the elderly... much needed for our community. We'll definitely recommending to family and friends.

We had our smoke alarm go off after the final install I called 6:29,6:32 and 7:02 no one called me back after I explained the entire ordeal . This is very disturbing considering I paid $20,000

Absolutely amazing experience with this company. They got me in within an hour on a Saturday during the summer to fix my broken air conditioner during a heat wave. Incredibly professional and extremely reasonable prices. Fixed my issues in 30 minutes. If you need someone to fix your AC call them!

I had issue with my AC where it turned on and off. It was during a heat wave and we needed the AC on ASAP. I called that morning and within hours their tech came by. Very great service and great communication!

Joshua was very professional and explained what was wrong with our AC and gave us options for fixing it. He went to get the part and quickly installed it. Joshua was professional and efficient. Price was very reasonable. We highly recommend AARD!!

Please be aware of this company, they are very soft spoken, great price and convenient when you are buying from them. As soon as you are done with your purchase, God will help you with the customer service.
Their great price comes from defective and possibly refurbished units that they bring to your house with only 1 year of warranty and after the warranty is over, all your issues and problems will start and they will charge you for all the repairs.
We bought a unit from this company 3-4 years ago and we have had problems from day 1. They believe that you have to pay day yearly to keep maintaining your unit and we don’t understand that why you need constant maintenance on a brand new unit…..We have had many AC habits both at home and in the office and none require yearly maintenance, only filter change!
Please be careful and don’t fall for their 400 plus 5 star reviews; that’s also a red flag too, as we all know people can buy their reviews too!

My experience with Tech Joshua Chavarria went well today. He inspected and cleaned the dryer vent which only took him 25min. to do. He came on time and prepared. Any questions I had were answered and the transaction seamless (gift card used). Precious extended their promotion for this maintenance to be done which, I truly appreciated. I recommend others consider getting this maintenance completed by AARD.

Great customer service from booking the appointment to the technician (Allan) who showed up. Allan was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Definitely recommend this company for all your air conditioning needs!!!

Communication from the start was top notch. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day of which I was given an eta so I could meet the technician onsite. The tech was friendly, respectful, and got right to diagnosing the issue. Issue found and an estimate promptly provided for the repair. Extremely satisfied and will call them for all future needs.

We had to call AARD again today for severe leaking from our A/C unit inside the house. Another amazing experience! They came within 45 minutes of me calling and resolved the issue within 10 minutes. Love this company!

I cannot recommend AARD enough! After dealing with a not-so-nice HVAC company, we called AARD. They were able to get us scheduled same day, and were so incredibly kind. Allan the HVAC tech went above and beyond for our family. We are so happy with their service.

They came out on the holiday (during a heat wave) and fixed our A/C when our normal service provider was closed. They were able to track down the part, service was great and the girl who answered the phone early this morning was so understanding. I know it’s super tough getting those phone calls on a holiday, our family is super appreciative!

Our AC was running, but barely cooling. Called AARD based on other reviews. Had some special instructions about not ringing the bell that they followed to perfection. Roy took some measurements and knew that the unit was charged and should be working. Went inside and found the problem quickly. The safety that stops the compressor if water from the drain backs up was doing it's job! He cleaned the drain pvc pipes and BAM!! Working great again.
