They arrived on time and conducted themselves with professionalism throughout the project. They took meticulous care to cover the work area, ensuring cleanliness was maintained to the highest degree possible. The repairs were completed efficiently, with a high standard of quality, and within the agreed-upon timeframe. Additionally, they willingly accommodated a request for extra stucco repair that was added to the scope of work. We extend our gratitude to Brian and Jared for their excellent service.

Arturo Garcia provided an outstanding service. He’s professional, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the issues clearly and answered all our concerns thoroughly. He took great care of our home to ensure leave everything clean and tidy afterward. He also spotted a leaking pipe that we were not aware of. We genuinely appreciate Arturo’s help to resolve the drain clogged problem and installed the garbage disposal. We will definitely recommend Service Champions moving forward.

Angel came promptly and went above and beyond the regular cleaning of the A/C. It was full of seeds/leaves/pollen. And that’s serviced regularly still! And then I asked to take a look into the attic and he didn’t mind. Would welcome Angel for my regular service appointments every time. This is part of my regular maintenance $20/mo.

Donavan Saario kept us posted on eta, and arrived on schedule. He has a pleasant personality. He went straight to work and finished in less than an hour.
Good news, no repairs needed at this time. We have been please with our service contract as maintenance has kept our 12 yr old system working well.
Our cost reflects maintenance on both heater and a/c for the year.

We were very impressed and pleased with the installation of the complete Lennox heating and cooling system. They dismantled the old unit and installed the new system and informed us of all the operations and how to program it. Jonathan ran his crew like a well oiled machine, And finished much earlier than we had anticipated.

Nick is a great HVAC technician! He serviced my air conditioning unit and reported a rodent problem he spotted in my attic. We will be getting new insulation installed from Service Champions soon! Great work, Nick!

Javier and his trainee showed up on time, during the allotted arrival window, was very professional, clean and well put together. He asked for a tour of the house to complete my annual plumbing inspection and was very diligent in his instruction to his trainee. Once completed, he walked me through all steps of his evaluation, explained that no work needed to be done to the house and even provided pictures of all of his inspection tests.

As always, Service Champions did another great job in helping me maintain my plumbing and identify any potential issues before they become a real problem.

I see my Service Champions subscription charge each month and wonder if I can do without. But then a day like today happens and I am thankful to have such top notch service, like concierge level quality. I called this morning and was able to get a same day appointment. Arturo G was our plumber today. He texted when he was on the way, was on time, wore booties in the house and brought his own doormat to wipe his feet. Arturo was super polite and efficient and troubleshot and fixed our problem so quickly. He provided before/after pictures and is going to quote out a future part replacement for us that wasn't part of the call. Plumbing issues and repairs can be stressful. Today was the opposite of that. Highly recommend Arturo and Service Champions

My thank you to Technician Justin Thatcher, from the Murrieta Office. He arrived in a timely order. Many Careful steps were efficiently carried out . The system was returned to normal tidy condition. We are very satisfied and appreciate his expertise.

Arturo Garcia is the tech that came out to do my plumbing inspection. He was very polite and professional. When my wife asked questions he answered them in a very knowledgeable but easy to understand way that made it so she knew exactly what he was explaining. Anyone would be lucky to have him come out and do any work for them.

We had an attic package To clean, secure, and insulate Our attic, thereby protecting our HVAC investment done in the summer. It was a big job and our technicians were really good. They arrived sometimes hours early, which was fine for us, but I would say that a call would’ve been helpful. But they always had plenty of people on deck and were very thorough and communicative.

Mystery of hot water not hot - resolved issue of why my hot water to the kitchen sink took so long to reach hot. Water heater fine, suggested a pump at the water heater to reduce time to attain proper temperature. Also accomplished complete inspection of entire plumbing system and suggested improvements. Giovanny B was plumber who came out - very knowledgeable and patient explaining everything.

Luis Alcada came to our home today to do yearly inspection and maintenance. Luis was very friendly and professional. The work was well done
