Raymond from Service Champions was absolutely outstanding! From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to thoroughly inspect our AC unit, clearly explain what was going on, and walk us through our options without any pressure.

Raymond worked efficiently and carefully, making sure everything was running perfectly before he left. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right and about his customers’ comfort. Our AC is working better than ever, and the entire experience was stress-free thanks to him.

Oscar G. was at my home today to perform a "maintenance super service', which is an HVAC and AC tune up. Oscar was very friendly and explained what he was doing thoroughly. Oscar also washed the whole house fan's screen which was very dirty. Oscar replaced the furnace air filter which I provided. When he was done he recommended I purchase a Compressor Saver since the LRA (Locked Rotor Amps) on the 2T AC unit was higher than the LRA rating called for (63.5A to 59.3A). The LRA represents the maximum current a compressor motor should draw at the exact moment it starts up. I found the price to be very reasonable, and with summer looming I want to keep the AC (installed by Service Champions 10/9/21) in good shape.

Oscar inspected and cleaned the furnace heat evaporator too. He recommended I purchase a biocide chamber, which is an HVAC air purification system, typically featuring ultraviolet (UV-C) lamps installed near evaporator coils to kill mold, bacteria, and allergens. By sanitizing the dark, damp, and often contaminated coils, these devices improve indoor air quality, and enhance HVAC efficiency. These are primarily designed to sanitize HVAC components and kill microorganisms. Again, I found the price to be very reasonable. Service Champions installed my HVAC furnace 10/9/24.

Lastly, I could praise Service Champions continuously for their great service, friendly technicians, and wonderful work. I have been a Service Champions Club member since 2008 and regardless of who comes to my home they always do a great job.

As a rewards member and long-time customer, we set an appointment for SC to come out and checkout our furnace to make sure everything was still running good. Our service tech-Enrique was very thorough and polite☺️ although our system to us had been running fine (it’s 12 yrs old😬) he discovered our system wasn’t cooling properly. Since we live in a condo, our situation was unique but Enrique reached out to his supervisor for direction and we were able to come up with a plan that worked for us👍🏼 Thank you Service Champions for your professional and friendly service, glad to be Rewards member's!

This is my first time using them. They had an HVAC service promotion, so I thought I would give them a try. The appointment process was seamless. The person I talked with was friendly and efficient. On my scheduled appointment day, I received a courtesy call from the service technician letting me know they were about 20 minutes away. When Myles and Blake arrived, they were very cordial and nicely introduced themselves. I showed them where the system components were and they got right to work. Myles, who was the lead technician, would check in with me periodically to let me know how things were going. I appreciated that he took the time to explain the different readings they were getting and answer any questions I had. The whole experience was very positive. The guys were thorough and courteous throughout the whole process. I would definitely continue to use Service Champions for any heating and air conditioning needs.

I just had my first annual heating maintenance service.
My service technician was Donavon.
He was very friendly and considerate of my home and its belongings, leaving any work areas as clean as they were before he arrived.
On a professional level, I was impressed by the thoroughness of everything he did, by his knowledge of heating and cooling systems, and by his ability to communicate and answer any questions that I had in words that I could understand.
He disassembled my furnace, tested every part to see that it was functioning properly, and explained to me the purpose of each part that he tested.
He gave suggestions on steps I could take to improve the efficiency of my furnace and how to extend the useful life of my furnace.
Donavon clearly loves and is enthusiastic about his trade.
I appreciate the time he took and the knowledge he shared to help me understand how heating and cooling systems work.

Derick was a sweet kid, but he did not instill confidence to me. He came out to do the safety check on the water heater and the drains per my Service champion club. I mentioned to the lady when I set up the appointment that I had three other issues to be addressed. I did not think that he could fix any of the issues that I showed him. I’ve attached photos of the three issues and the water heater. The water heater is over 20 years old and he said I would have to sign a waiver Because of his age. The kitchen faucet (Pictured) Showing where the Leak is. The bathroom faucet, the aerator broke off and needs an easy out or something to take what’s left out, it was like he’s never seen anything like that. The bathroom faucet has a very, very, very slow drip, I told him that I replaced the seat and the cartridges and it still had the very slow drip. He didn’t know why it was still dripping. I told him that we would just call it a day and start a fresh with a new technician.

We called Service Champions to come out and take a look at our furnace and our HVAC unit. The furnace had a defective part which was causing it to belt out a horrible screech whenever we turned it on. Service technician, Anthony, also inspected the ductwork in the attic and found it was a total disaster from the original installer (not Service Champions). Home improvement Salesperson Eric came out and in thorough detail explained what repairs needed to be done. The following day, technicians Anthony and James came out and took care of the furnace. Installers Michael and Gilbert came out and completely replaced the air ducts in the attic. I also spoke with office staff Monique and Diego who were also very helpful. We are so impressed with the professionalism, great friendly and helpful personalities, transparency and informative that they all were to fix the numerous issues our entire heating & HVAC system had. We will not hesitate to use them in the future! Thank you for having such wonderful employees that truly care about their customers !

This is the second time that I have used this company. They are the very best in providing service to their customers! The service technicians are very knowledgeable and courteous. They go the extra mile to ensure that you understand in detail their findings of the problem with your air conditioning system and the solution to resolve the problem. However, my greatest compliment that I can give is that this company is very honest about the actual problem. They do not fabricate additional unnecessary issues with your equipment in order to charge you extra fees and services. How refreshing to know that there are companies that still believe in great customer service and are upstanding in their moral values as they provide the services. This is the ONLY company that I will use to service my heating and air conditioning unit! They are simply amazing!

Matthew was very professional and polite. We have a very old AC unit and he helped repair a leak as well as give us tips on the best course forward. When the job was done, he even helped clean up the area. Thanks again, we will definately request your services when we need to replace our unit!

Initially, Peter and Brayan came to the house to add additional vents to rooms with west-facing walls, so they get much warmer than the rest of the house on hot afternoons. After inspecting the system, they realized that additional vents would not resolve my issue because the ductwork was seriously undersized and actually needed some rejiggering to improve overall system efficiency. They honored the original quote and worked promptly to resolve the issue. The west-facing rooms have managed to stay consistently cooler and my energy usage has gone down since Titan worked their magic. Communication could be somewhat improved, but if you’re comfortable following up if you don’t hear from them first, then I think this is a reputable company that I would not hesitate to use again in the future. Titan Air has installed an HVAC system in two of our homes and my parents house, so clearly our family trusts this company. They are always clean in their work and respectful of the home. Every crew member was always kind and easy to talk with. They are honest and upfront. Brandon, Peter and Rob worked on our current house. They took their time to do it right, checked everything and walked through every room with me to make sure I was satisfied. Titan Air did a fantastic job with installing a new air conditioner, furnace, and HVAC work in an attic conversion. I had a complicated project that Mark was able come up with some great solutions to.

Peter and Brayan did a fantastic job with our installation and went above and beyond our expectations. We had a tree that needed to be cut down in order for the air conditioner to get moved into place, and they took on that project without hesitation or up charging us. Our furnace would not fit into the narrow opening of our California basement, and the team actually deconstructed it, moved it into place, and then rebuilt it. This was a time consuming project, but saved our flooring from being cut into to make way for the furnace.

Overall Titan Air is a 5 star company. I found them easy to work with, honest, diligent, competent, great communication, and fairly priced. The quality of work was top notch as well.

Titan Air did a fantastic job on the installation of our new A/C and Furnace. They definitely are an A+++ company.
Our old system dated back to 1992 and was not cooling our home. As a result, we needed additional portable air conditioners to cool our home. Titan was referred by a friend. Matthew from Titan came by to review and assess our existing system. He made recommendations and gave us an estimate for a new A/C unit and furnace. Matthew is experienced, knowledgeable, professional and a genuine nice guy. We decided to have Titan install our new system. They were able to send a two man team the very next day. Peter and Horacio arrived promptly at 9:30 am and began working. They are very professional, technically knowledgeable and polite. They finished the job by the end of the day. Matthew arrived late that afternoon and installed our thermostat and provided valuable instructions for use. The system works great and our home is very comfortable with the new system. What an experience it was working with Titan Air. They installed a new AC + Furnace at our home here in Huntington Beach, and we couldn't be happier. The install they did was professional, and one of the nicest looking installs I've ever seen. Their attention to detail is superb, and you can tell each guy working for them is happy and really cares about the work they are performing. Every line is wrapped, and installed with the intent to give you the best look, and the best efficiency.
