I’ve needed an AC replacement for a while now but couldn’t find the right guys for the job. Some too way expensive and others didn’t seem professional. I saw Titan Air working on a house on my street so I decided to ask about their service and within a week my house is blowing air COLD & for the right price. From the point of sale to the finished job, these guys were top level service. Nick was awesome and Peter and Hermes did a stellar job too. Professional, clean and careful about their work.

The whole experience with Titan air was beyond what I expected. Mark did a great job going over my options, it was reassuring to be talking to the owner, a family man. The installation with Bryan and Peter was also 5-star. These two gentlemen did a great job removing the attic unit, old duct work, and the old condenser and installed the new system and duct work while taking good care to keep my house clean and safe. They kept me informed throughout the project.

Brandon came to do the periodic maintenance on our A/C. What can I say? Brandon was great! Straightforward, honest, efficient. He checked all the boxes and left me satisfied. Very satisfied! While I’m at it, I just wanna say that I’ve never had a bad experience with Titan air conditioning. Mark and Robert, the owners, are great dudes who I’ve met personally. Robert was working on our house when we first moved in, putting in a new heater and doing asbestos abatement. I even remember how helpful and nice Robert was way back then in 2017. And then when we got our AC installed, we worked with Titan air again and everything was fantastic! I just gotta say, I couldn’t speak more highly of this company and all its workers! Including Brandon!

A few days ago (in Sept.2025) at 5 PM —after some remodeling work had been done on our home— we noticed that our air-conditioning systems were paused, with a message on the control panel that said "system service required".
We called Titan Air Conditioning and stated what the problem was. Within the hour a Titan service technician arrived at our home. The cause of the problem was not easy to find, but with telephone assistance from the Titan home office, the technician worked systematically over a couple of hours to isolate the cause of the problem, and then he fixed it.
My thanks to Freddie Aguilar (who came to our home) and to Robert Mittelsteadt (who was on the phone) for their quick response to the problem, and for their technical expertise in diagnosing an obscure electronic systems-communication problem and then re-setting the system back to normal operations.
That kind of immediate and effective support is very much appreciated.

Brandon came out today from Titan Air conditioning. Great communication about the appointment. He diagnose the issue right away. We talked about the best options. He had all the equipment and parts needed on his van. He is extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

The condensation from a wall mounted mini-split AC unit, in our ADU, was leaking down the wall from behind the unit and not draining out the condensation drain pipe. Brandon and Matthew showed up on time and quickly assessed the issue, proposed several options to resolve it, and then very professionally and efficiently fixed the problem in less than 1 hour. I was super impressed with Titan Air Conditioning and the quality of their work and their professionalism. I would (and will) definitely recommend them to my family and friends. There was an issue with my heating unit, I contacted Titan and they scheduled me for an appointment the following day. Two technicians came to my home , Mathew and Freddy, both were very professional and knowledgeable. They quickly were able to fix the problem and the charge was very reasonable. Trust is a very important factor and I believe this company is very trustworthy. I will definitely use them for any future HVAC issues.
