Titan Air is great! Very professional, clean, work quickly and efficiently - they definitely know what they are doing!! I especially appreciate the communication texts letting me know the technician is on their way to my house, along with his/her name and picture. I never have to wonder if the person at my door is legit, and I really like that. I recommend them for anything air conditioning related.

Having been without heat for a week, we contracted for a complete new air-conditioning system, including all new ducting. Very competitive. Their skilled crew of 5 to 7 men went above and beyond the contract and had the heating system operational on day one. The cooling system was installed the next day. Very professional and accommodating. Excellent workmanship. A truly wonderful experience.

Technician arrived on schedule as promised. Listened carefully to my issues. After troubleshooting, took pictures and clearly explained the problem. Suggested short term and long term repairs.

The TitanAir workmen who installed our HVAC systems were Peter, Adam, Matthew, Hermes, and Brayan — an excellent crew.
They moved heavy equipment from and to the attic with no damage to the house.
They worked quietly.
They kept the house and outside area clean.
They answered all questions clearly.
They worked long hours.
They resolved a problem of electrical discontinuity in an existent but inaccessible wire with an innovative solution requiring installation of an external conduit, and making an entry point for the wires in a necessary but difficult and barely accessible point in the attic. Required several hours of difficult and persistent work.
They did an excellent job.

I was extremely impressed with Titan Air Conditioning. They were professional in replacing our A/C Coil. When they discovered another issue work was scheduled and during the performance they checked the system again and discovered there wasn't a problem. They completed the work without any additional charge and explained everything to us as did completed the work. Appreciated their explanations and honesty in not charging for unnecessary work. I definitely recommend Titan Air Conditioning, a local company for future air conditioning work.

In May 2020 Titan replaced my whole system from thermostat to ducting and everything in between - in two days. Robert and Ryan were professional, efficient, fast and friendly. I’m very happy with my new system as it has almost double the air flow of my old system, cools quickly and is quiet inside and out. Robert and Ryan kept everything clean, covering floors and vacuuming the area at the end of each day. I highly recommend Titan Air Conditioning to do your air/heating job.

After years with another large HVAC service company who applied pressure to spend money, we contacted Titan Air for our AC maintenance. What a difference. Our serviceman Brandon clearly explained his recommendations and why he made them, but then left the decision to me. No pressure at all.
We also joined their service program because it made sense and over time will save us money on repairs. Like our automobiles, our AC and heater are just machines that need to be maintained.
With Titan I didn't feel pressured to make a decision while the serviceman was glaring at me.

The crew arrived on time each day. They flexed their schedule to accommodate some things we had to do. They respected the property, protecting floors and our stuff, and cleaning up the work debris.
Everybody involved was friendly and pleasant, and they worked hard!
I was particularly delighted with the neatness of the installation of the condensers in our side yard.
We got a great introduction to the new system, including the thermostats (which are far more complicated than the old bimetal-strip-and-mercury-vial ones of my youth).
