When my 36 year old central air unit took it's last breath, I reached out to 4 companies for quotes. One was extremely expensive, two were obviously not trustful, and then there was AARD. From the start, they had transparent pricing on their website. They performed a house visit with very little notice, and gave me quality equipment at a very reasonable price. Working with Precious was refreshingly straight forward. Their installation team was very professional and completed the entire installation in one day -- and on a holiday no less. I have no hesitation in recommending AARD!

Great price. Very punctual and clean. Went out of their way to address the small issues that popped up.

I tech who came to my house was awesome and down to earth. He was very professional, and educated me on what was wrong through the diagnoses, and he gave me great detail on the work he did to fix my A/C. The work was done with no issues at all and my A/C works.

I trust the work AARD has provided me. I highly recommend giving them a call… the staff will greet you and you’ll tell from the get go they’re the right team to pick.

Allan was super friendly, probably the nicest AC person we’ve ever talked to before. Though there was no issue to really fix he was honest and considerate. Really appreciate this kind of honesty. When we have issues with our HVAC system will definately be calling them back! Thanks so much.

Service technician by the name of Alan Brito Came to diagnose my unit. He was very thorough and explained the problem where I could understand it I am now waiting for the estimate from the company to tell me what it is to repair

His communication was clear, his attitude was positive, and he genuinely seemed invested in resolving the issue efficiently. It’s rare to come across someone so committed to customer satisfaction. Allan B. was our technician. He came over to help with our heating system and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He stayed to answer any questions we had and offered other maintenance suggestions. Allan is the best!

I would give 10 stars if I could. Alan came out to do maintenance on my AC unit after a bad experience with another company. He was very thorough and explained what he was doing through the entire process. He suggested that it would be a good idea to replace the capacitor , which he did at a fair price. It is always gratifying to find a company that you feel is honest and competent and respects their customers.

Joshua came, parked in my neighbor’s personal parking spot, even after I suggested he move the AARD van from it, I stood nearby while he replaced the small capacitor part. I told him how my neighbor friend told me that thing the unit off was suggested, so I brought down my water hose & he showed me how & metioned that while he’s doing that rinsing off “for free” that I should consider paying for their membership plan. He needed t go in my condo to take readings of vent temp’s. I opened the door and walked on my new white floral rugs with his dirty muddy old work shoes. I’d paid him $350 in cash & he emailed a receipt he’d changed capacitor and filter, which he did not even ask if I needed the AC filter replaced. My boyfriend replaced it with new filter I’d just bought t Home Depot. And he would not had been able to fit in area below water heater that my boyfriend didn’t replace it.

He kept me informed, showed me on the unit & the pictures he took! Explained what the problem was, how it was fixed & what he did during the maintenance he did.
Excellent service! He will get me an estimate to replace heating unit as well as estimate for A/C & Heating unit.

AARD has been a great company to work with for our home in Brea. They are super respectful of our young kiddos, clean and extremely thorough with servicing our older HVAC system. When we first moved in, we had bad experiences with other companies immediately upselling us through fear tactics and timeshare style high pressure sales pushes so we were very wary at first but they’ve won us over.

Communication is up front and solid.

Techs are friendly and professional. Always open to a second opinion and help educate us to learn our system.

Today we had our condenser trip our circuit breaker and would not turn on after a reset so we were without cooling. AARD was able to squeeze us into their schedule and thankfully get us back online and cooling during this heat wave.

Highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a family friendly honest HVAC company.

Josh, the technician who came to the house to troubleshoot & diagnose what the problem is with our HVAC/Lennox furnace/central heating system was very kind, honest, and skilled. The company provided this diagnostic service for free, and will send over an estimate of what a new motor + labor (to install) will cost. Integrity has a sound. Based on my interaction with Josh, and if he is a good representative of this company, I would recommend at least giving them a chance to offer an estimate of what a repair would cost.

Allen was amazing… arrived on time, very courteous and professional. Our furnace needed repair and he was able to find the problem and get it working right away. We will definitely recommend them for any HVAC repair/needs!

Arranged for dryer vent cleaning after being ghosted by the company we used for the last few years. AARD was very communicative and responsive. Joshua, the tech, showed up on time with a friendly demeanor and completed the job quickly and completely.

Great communication, and super easy to schedule. The techs arrived on time, were polite, put shoe cover booties on, and took care to make sure everything was cleaned up after they cleaned the ducts and vent covers. I would use them again and wouldn't hesitate to refer them to a friend or family.

I had an upgraded thermostat replaced. The technician was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable. Also he was so helpful with setting up the app on my phone, very much appreciated! Reasonably priced for the install, other AC companies were charging much higher prices even though I had provided the device for the installation. I would use this company again to do any of AC repair/ maintenance work in the future.
