I appreciate that Igor was honest in letting me know that it was best for me to purchase a new washing machine. The repair would have been expensive to fix in comparison to a new machine purchase. He also informed me of which type and brands of machines to avoid, and which he recommends. Since he repairs them, he ought to know. He arrived right on time also. Will definitely call again for other appliances if/when needed.

We reached out with an issue regarding our Samsung dryer, and he showed up the very same day—talk about prompt service! He quickly diagnosed the problem and had it fully fixed within just 30 minutes. Roman did a great job fixing our old Kenmore Elite dryer and had the necessary part on his truck, so the repair was finished the same day. Terrible service they made my dryer worse than it was also caused a gas leak and they won’t refund my service call. Please don’t ever use them again. They’re the worst company.

This appliance repair company was good. Tried them for the first time and the repairman that came (Igor) listened to my problem, tested my washing machine, and gave me a prompt and thorough diagnosis. Very honest and forthright even though the news about my washing machine was not good. Instead of suggesting attempts at repairs that would have cost more in labor with a high chance that it still would not solve the problem he gave me the correct suggestion in just getting a new washing machine, which I truly appreciated. Even though I have to get a new machine, the money I saved in unnecessary repairs and service with thanks to their low diagnostic fees ($55) will be used for our new machine. I would definitely use and recommend this company for future appliance repair jobs. By the way, I initially was able to set up a next day appointment even though same day service was offered.

Andrew did a great job fixing the temperature sensor on my dryer. He was there at the earliest time from my two hour appointment window and was quick and friendly.

The price was a little high based on quotes I got from other repair services in the area but the work was good and he made sure to test everything and cleaned the back of the unit for me.

Definitely a good company to work with if you're having an issue that needs to be fixed right away. The people are friendly and prompt.

I called on a Friday to repair a 6 year old washer that had Low Flow error code. The coordinator gave me a time slot on a Saturday with rates that apparently are no different than on weekdays. (A review convinced me rates are reasonable or even lowest.) Technician Roman texted before arrival. He arrived at the beginning of my assigned time slot.
He apparently guessed quickly which part failed. He just needed access to the part to test and replace. The water inlet valve part was replaced and washer works fine. There is a three month warranty on the repair. For future appliance repairs, this is the company I will contact.
Wife started using washer immediately.
Happy wife, happy life.

As per my request, Ivan was able to arrive on the early side. He was cordial and very neat. Ivan listened to my concern, and he was able to diagnose the problem immediately. The price was quite fare, and he went to work quickly. In very little time our dryer was fixed and working properly. I will not only use Appliance Repair USA again when needed, but I will be referring them to my neighbors as well.

I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent service visit for my dishwasher. After the inspection, I was quoted over $800 for repairs—an amount that exceeds the cost of purchasing a brand-new unit. This pricing feels unreasonable and unjustified, especially considering the age and condition of the appliance.
To add to the frustration, I was charged an $85 diagnostic fee, despite the repair quote being declined due to its excessive cost. I understand service fees are standard, but in this case, the lack of value provided makes the charge feel unfair.
I respectfully request that you reconsider the diagnostic fee or offer a more reasonable repair solution. I had hoped for a transparent and customer-focused experience, but this situation has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.
Please let me know if there’s any possibility of adjusting the charges or exploring alternative options.

I was able to schedule a service visit quickly via messages for my earliest convenient time. They texted me when the service person was on his way. Igor was polite and professional. He identified and fixed the problem quickly. The charge was reasonable and could be paid via Zelle.

Andrew called ahead of his scheduled time and gave me an ETA. He was very polite and efficient and gave me information as he inspected my LG drier. The advice he gave seemed fair and at no point did I feel like the situation was being taken advantage of. Andrew fixed the drier and payment was very easy with options for payment method. Our washing machine stopped working and draining and it had an OE error message. My husband went on line and we followed all the instructions it said to do…clean out the filter, make sure there were no kinks in the water lines or in the drain line, and then drain the washer, making sure nothing was obstructing the water drain flow line….like coins or sand!
After doing all that we came to the same conclusion as the on line video that it was the pump that was damaged. We called Appliance Repair USA, and scheduled an appointment for Monday.
Ivan, one of the technicians texted me that he could be there early. He arrived early and quickly went to replacing the pump. I had sucked all the water out from hose and filter area and from the tub as well after draining it. It saved him one additional step with his shop vac, since there would have been water everywhere had he not done that step.
Usually the filter is clogged, ours was not. Most of the time the blades which turn/circulate are usually worn out or missing; ours were not. However, ours had stuff going through that actually bent/warped the angle of the blades. See attached photos.
One very POSSIBLE reason for this is the cleaned Kleenexes I/We leave in our pockets… seriously some of them may go through the system and down the drain!
Many LG washers have a water pump problem, and there are many things you can do to prevent them from happening to you!
1. Clean your filter and drain any remaining water out of the hose.
2. Clean the rubber gasket regularly… every 3 months.
3. Clean the soap/fabric dispenser regularly; which I do and will continue to do. Fabric softener coagulates and can cause a mess.
4. Make sure there are no kinks in your hoses leading to and from the washing machine.
5. If it’s still an OE issue and the washer will not complete a load and gets stuck, call Appliance Repair USA! They responded to my call and got our repair technician out to us QUICKLY!
