I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, Igor and Appliance Repair USA were responsive, efficient, professional, and thorough. Scheduling was easy and they had availability in just a few days, and the day of the appointment Igor kept in touch about ETA and arrived when he'd promised to. He diagnosed and fixed a problem in our Whirlpool washer that we'd been trying to fix for years, and he replaced our Frigidaire icemaker that day, having communicated in advance about the model so he had the parts on hand. He followed up repeatedly to make sure everything was working to our satisfaction. I'd call on them again in a heartbeat!

I Recently contacted appliance repair USA. They then contacted me with an outsourced tech by the name of Max M & M handyman repair appliance that was a rip-off. He stole $443 for me, I didn't get any work done whatsoever and USA is ignoring my calls and when I do speak to them. They're very combative, argumentative and just Disrespectful, so to all the those out there, please be aware. Stay away run, don't do any business whatsoever with them and especially watch out for Max.

Had such a great experience with Appliance Repair USA! My oven was working on and off for quite some time and stopped working completely right before the holidays. I was desperate to find someone to get it fixed quickly, and was so happy that they sent a technician right away. Ivan was extremely professional & knowledgeable, found the root cause right away, and fixed my oven in literally no time!! He also shared some tips and tricks for the oven care. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, highly recommend!

Kevin, the technician was on time first day & the day of repair/parts installation. He was knowledgeable to identify the area which caused leaking within 10 minutes from the time he arrived. He installed the new part professionally & got the job done swiftly.

Igor Z. was great, he looked at it and we talked about what the dryer needed and schedule the repair for the next day. In and out very fast, I would use/recommend them again.

Igor was very professional and provided great tips. We were charged $360 for labor and equipment for suspension rods.

I had a technician come out first of all he was supposed to be there between 11 and one and didn’t show up until 4 PM and then was upset with me that I was 10 minutes away from my house, but anyways he started working on the dryer to diagnose the issue, diagnose it as the door Ignition switch that went out and then wanted to charge me almost $600 to repair it. The part is $12 on Amazon and I repaired it myself less than five minutes as someone who knows nothing about dryers but just look stuff up on YouTube.

Andrew did a great job fixing our dryer. He was very professional, polite, neat and efficient. He communicated clearly about his arrival time and what needed to be repaired on the dryer. Price was fair and overall service and response time was great! Thank you!

My old Kenmore Refrigerator stopped working , I called Appliance Repair USA to check the problem, the company sent Mr Igor a very professional guy who showed up on time and diagnosed the problem within minutes fixed the problem. Great work! Highly recommend. I had a five year old top load whirlpool washer that was diagnosed and repaired within two hours. Guaranteed to work like new with the new parts for 3-5 years. He also gave me some good advice to only fill top load washers halfway since the suspension arms will be too heavy if overloaded.
