Oh my gosh I can’t say enough good things about this business, the excellent communication, timely response, quality of work and professsionalism! Sam was a life saver he repaired a loose banister in my home that was a safety hazard. No one else could do it. He is also coming back to repair a main gas valve on my gas fireplace. For all your home needs please use this service you WILL NOT be disappointed! Signed one happy customer for life!!

Me and my dad needed to remodel our entertainment room and a friend referred Gedikian enterprises. Gave them a try and surprisingly they did an amazing job! As we are not experienced in construction, they restored our room to a more modern look. We've spoke with a gentleman as well, we believe he is the owner, very knowledgeable guy and fully understood what we wanted. We are actually in contract with them again for another project.

Highly recommended!

Don’t trust them, they starting their job with giving you reasonable prices but they don’t finish the job way they supposed to, I’ll share some pictures then you can see how is my experience to wasting money with them.
They charge me for different brand heater for my jacuzzi they brought the cheaper brand and didn’t install, they made a drain for my backyard, slab is different direction and drain is just a decoration, don’t waste your money with this people.

I work with a lot of construction companies, Gedikian construction number one the people that you can trust. They do a great job high quality God Bless you Sam you are the Big Boss I wish you best of luck always thank you again for your great four years of work for us.

They are doing a best job ever. I did my background remodeling last week and I was shocked from the end result. Will work with them again. Thank you so much!!!

They finished my ADU today. They did a great job. I’m so happy very professional and fabulous job. Thank you so much my brother Sam.

They build our pool and completed the pebble plastering for our backyard, and after they finished, we asked them to build a two-story ADU for us. They successfully completed the ADU, and we really loved it. They were very professional. Highly recommended.👌

As an investor in LA County and a homeowner, I have collaborated with Gedikian Construction for over three years. I genuinely appreciate the integrity and professionalism that Mr. Sammy consistently brings to the table. His commitment to honesty and professionalism is unparalleled, even though there have been instances where his crew took shortcuts. Nonetheless, his approach to conducting business has always left me completely satisfied. My gratitude towards Mr. Sammy is profound. Thank you.

I have to give them five stars because you are Warriors. They did amazing work on my dad's project in Bakersfield and were very professional with biofiltration

Highly recommend Sam and his team at Gedikian Enterprises. They knocked out our entire pool remodel in about 30 days. Sam is a man of his word, always on top of everything, always showing up to check on the work. And they gave a very competitive price, indeed the best price out of 3 other bids. No bs guy. That I can say for sure.

It's the second time I've gotten the wrong advice from someone who works there. I guess working at home Depot doesn't mean you have to know what you're talking about

Beatrice in Burbank locations was very knowledgeable and helpful. She even ensured we received the discount we were eligible for.

We purchased our first home late last year and had the daunting task of finding a GC to handle various updates, large and small. Eventually we found Bartona Builders and were immediately impressed with the great communication from Indra and Matt.

Through the next few months they oversaw bathroom tiling, major re-piping, electrical work, drywalling & painting our garage and sunroom, along with so many little details like shelves, closets and more. We were pretty amazed at how quickly they worked through a laundry list of updates and fixes, and always kept us aware of any changes or minor delays.

The work itself was always thoughtfully done, with a high standard of craftsmanship. Matt was always super hands-on and available, checking in frequently to make sure we were feeling good about everything. And Indra gave us daily updates to let us know exactly what to expect going into each day. We're super happy with how it all turned out and have been recommending Bartona to all our friends. Excited to work with them again down the line!
