Constraction reviews in Burbank, California

Work was excellent thanks to Will who was also courteous. The crew cleaned up after there work was done. Would recommend them to my neighbors for any roofing they may need in the future.

The whole Journey Builders team was fantastic. Erik was honest, straightforward, and got me a great quote. Brad was very helpful to finish the job. And the roofing team was effective and superb.

I couldn't be more happier with Journey Builders. Very professional and also very friendly. They worked around my schedule and took care of pretty much everything. I didn't even know roofs could look nice until Journey Builders replaced mine. Yepo and John went above and beyond in ensuring everything went perfectly and smoothly. Can't wait until I need more improvements on my home to be able to hire them again. I wish there was more than 5 stars because this company is honestly a 35/10.

I choose journey builders for my roofing project Zack was my project manager he was great responsive and always one call away answered to all my questions and concerns I'm very happy with my new roof and Brad at the end provided Me with the final paper work and my roof warranty.

Chris and Will were so nice. They told us a price and when the construction would start and end. They kept in touch throughout the roofing project. The crew they sent completed our job and it looks fantastic. They left no mess to clean up.

I recently bought my first house, and it was a bit nerve-wracking, especially knowing I needed a new roof and had no idea where to begin. I reached out to several companies to compare pricing and customer service, wanting to find one I could trust. When Journey Builders Roofing sent Ramon, I immediately felt reassured. He was kind and took the time to explain everything I needed to know about getting the right roof. Ramon and his team were efficient and professional, and I’m so glad I chose this company. I’ll definitely be recommending Journey to my family and friends.

George and Randy are an amazing team to work with at Journey Builders. The new roof was done exceptionally well and had no problems during and after the crazy CA winter rain in 2022.

My slab foundation needed repair as well, Journey Builders made sure to cover everything needed to get the job done from demo, haul away, permits, and cleanup! Exceptional quality work is the end result you will receive from Journey Builders.

The city of LA can take a while for permits to be approved but George does his best to check in everyday and offers status check-in calls to leave your mind at ease. Just be patient since it’s out of the contractors’ hands at that point.

Journey builders did a great job with fixing my roof. Yero the project manager was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. They were very quick to start and I am very happy with the results. Will be referring to my friends and family. Thank you Yero and the journey builders team

I had a ton of leaks on my roof, so when I starting looking into roofers, Journey Builders popped up on my screen. I saw they had great reviews on google and yelp, so I decided to take advantage of their free estimate. I called them up and had a appointment the next day, the girl that I spoke with was very polite and professional, When the roof specialist came out, he took a look at my roof and showed me pictures and was very thorough in explaining the process of changing my roof. He have me a great price and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. When they started my project, they were very fast and efficient, the guys clean up very good and the process was more seamless than I anticipated. I definitely will recommend them to my friends, when they need their roof done!

We had been thinking about getting the roof and insulation done for couple of years. We looked for contractors and found Journey Builders as one of our options. Upon meeting with Zack, the project manager, we decided to do the roof with them. They had, in comparison to other estimates, a fair price. However, it came down to how comfortable we were with their transparent process. The process was fairly smooth and easy going. The roof was done in a timely manner and they worked really hard to finish everything before the rains started again. Overall it was very easy working with them and we would definitely recommend to work with Journey Builders.

We are so happy with our new roof! For the last few weeks, we haven’t really gotten to know this company and the people who work for it and are so happy with their service. When they did our roof, they had uncovered bad work that previous roofers had done before us, where they had patched up spots instead of using new materials it had sold it to us as otherwise. They have been really kind to our family and gave us a great deal on a great product. I would definitely refer them to friends in need of a new roof.

I hired Varuj to build a backyard ADU for my parents, and I'm honestly shocked at how stress-free it was. Permits, timelines, inspections-he handled everything. My parents are over the moon with their new space. It feels like its own little home, not some prefab box. If you're thinking about an ADU, call Varuj first.

Big thanks to Varuj for helping us build our ADU in North Hollywood! He made the whole process easy and stress free. He’s honest, reliable, and always made sure we were happy with the progress. Plus, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend him to friends and family!

VB Alliance Construction set the bar high. They built our Burbank ADU on schedule, on budget, and passed all inspections on the first try — something I didn’t think was even possible. What impressed me most? They never overpromised, yet somehow still overdelivered. Clean worksite, sharp execution, no nonsense. A+ experience.

I've been through a few renovations in my life, and contractors are usually hit or miss. Varuj is the real deal. Reliable, communicative, and detail-oriented. He built us a gorgeous detached studio ADU that we're now renting on Airbnb— it's already paid for half the build!

We joked that we’d be retired before this ADU got built—but then we met Varuj. This guy works FAST, but never cuts corners. He wrapped up the whole thing in 3 months, which is basically unheard of, and the final result? Chef’s kiss. We’re living in it now while renting out the main house, and honestly, it feels like we upgraded everything. He was easy to talk to, kept us in the loop, and you can just tell he takes pride in his work. A+ human and an even better contractor.

As a business owner, finding reliable contractors can be a challenge — but working with Varuj was a great experience from start to finish.

He handled the exterior painting, laminate insulation, and window installation for our commercial building, and the quality of his work really shows. The place looks clean, professional, and updated — exactly the kind of impression we want to give our customers.

What I appreciated most was how straightforward and honest Varuj is. He’s easy to communicate with, shows up on time, and takes pride in his work. You can tell he actually cares about doing things the right way, which is rare these days.

If you’re looking for someone dependable who delivers great results, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Varuj.

We recently had VB Alliance build an ADU for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From the very beginning, their team took care of everything, starting with financing options all the way through to the final installation of solar panels. Their expertise and dedication really shined through at every step of the process.
The communication was seamless, and they ensured we were informed and comfortable with all decisions. The craftsmanship was excellent, and the finished ADU exceeded our expectations. VB Alliance truly offers a full-service experience, and their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is evident.
If you’re looking for a reliable, efficient, and professional team to build your ADU, I highly recommend VB Alliance!

The epoxy flooring looks insane (in the best way). It has this glassy, mirror-like finish that makes the whole space feel high-end. VB Alliance brought major attention to detail—edges crisp, finish perfect. I keep going back just to stare at it. Unreal work, 10/10.

We had a 1,200 sq ft two-story ADU built by VB Alliance Construction Co, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, on time, and paid close attention to every detail. Communication was clear throughout the entire project, and they handled permits, inspections, and construction smoothly. The finished ADU looks amazing and was completed within the estimated timeline and budget. Highly recommend VB Alliance Construction Co for anyone looking to build a quality ADU!

If you're looking for a solid team to remodel your bathroom call VB Alliance. Seriously. They just finished ours and it looks amazing. Super professional but also just good people to work with.
No stress, no drama, just a great experience from start to finish. We'll definitely be using them again!
