The original closet housed the hot water heater (which had been relocated to the side of the house by the previous owner). The team adeptly handled all these issues, including trenching for the new gas line to the dryer and its installation, opening up the kitchen floor to fix the water leak, and digging up the floor in the new closet area to reroute pipes through the attic. The team was on-site for about 3 1/2 months. When relatives visited post-renovation, they were awed by the amount of work completed in such a short time. Approximately mid-way through the project, a third crew member was brought in for the flooring and painting. The team was faced with the challenge of having only an 8 x 8 pod at the front of our driveway for storage. No large furniture could be accommodated in there, so they had to constantly shuffle furniture around. Some items, mainly cabinets and flooring, were provided by Corey Pate Construction.
