The entire process took about 8 months which is what they told us from the beginning. They kept us updated every single step of the way and even let us make changes along the way as our needs changed slightly. They were patient and understanding.

The house turned out better than we imagined. The custom kitchen island is huge and perfect for our family. They paid attention to all the little details that make a house feel like home.

Matt and I designed a built-in wall display cabinet to fit the 1926 style of my home. I can't say enough good things about Matt and his excellent skills. The upper portion has glass doors that sit on black walnut counter and the lower portion is a combination of drawers and cabinet with doors. I love it! Everyday I admire his excellent workmanship. I strongly recommend that if you are lucky enough to know Matt hirer him!! He shows up on time is neat and tidy and said hello to my tiger cat every time he was here.

We hired Bartona Builders for our kitchen remodel and wow! What a difference. They tore out ALL the old cabinets and put in new ones that look amazing. The countertops are granite and they shine so nice. Matt came by every day to check on things which was really good because some other contractors we talked to said they might not always be there.

The whole job took about four weeks but it was worth the wait. Our friends can't believe it's the same kitchen!! They also fixed some electrical stuff that was old and dangerous.

Would definitely use them again.

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel from Bartona Builders! This is an incredible team. The contractor Matt has this calm and knowledgable presence. On our initial meeting with the contractor and project manager we felt at ease. They knew their stuff!

My husband and I hurled a 100 questions at this team and they answered everything. It was very refreshing to see this was an experienced team we felt we could trust.

They also spent time finding out what we wanted with lots of details. The project manager also doubles as their in-house designer and as you can see from the photos guided us perfectly towards the right colors and placement of everything. The project manager/designer made choosing colors and products easy and we enjoyed working with her as she always had a solution and happily found alternatives when we changed our minds. Lol.

The project manager would send us daily text messages of updates plus weekly emails containing detailed information about progress and what they planned next. Before we could start wondering about what was happening next a text or email would arrive. Again, it was comforting.

I'd heard nightmares from friends and family about never knowing what was happening next but this was different. In fact, the more I shared about Bartona Builders with others, the more we realized we were very fortunate to feel happy during the process.

All of their sub-contractors were also just as nice and polite and they worked long hours to get things completed. The contractor and project manager worked with the sub-contractors closely monitoring their progress, it was so good to see this fine tuned machine.

We can't help spreading the word to our friends and family.
And since it was such a fantastic experience, we might just have to remodel the bathrooms next.

Every Sunday evening, Indra provided a detailed invoice indicating the past week's services and costs, and also provided a schedule for the following week.
