These guys are amazing. They had all my windows installed in one day. Everyone I have dealt with at 360 Remodeling has been very professional, and they take a lot of pride in their work. Crews cleaned up everything very well. I would highly recommend them.

I want to thank 360 remodeling for providing excellent service from sales (Rick), project manager (Pauline) and an excellent crew that had my roof off the first day and installed a new one the next. Very professional and clean, not a bit of trash left. I would highly recommend 360 remodeling, you will not be disappointed.

I heard their commercial on 94.7 The Wave and thought if they were supporting the company it had to be a great company, wrong answer! This company is a joke, scan, and a rip off. I asked for an estimate on 2 items, upon arrival the representative went around my whole house marking down items I didn't inquire about. He told me I needed a new screen door and I didn't, he picked out other items that I did not even inquire about. The representative was nice, but I feel like he tried to butter me up by asking me a bunch of personal questions so I can agree to the work. Basically in a nutshell, I wouldn't trust this company especially after reading all the reviews here and on Yelp!

From start to finish everything was done professionally and with the intent to satisfy our needs. The sales person was understanding to what we were looking for and budgeted for and the installation staff was friendly and worked diligently. Overall I am happy we went with 360 remodeling and would definitely use them again for other projects.

We just had the worst experience with this company and hope that this review can help avoid another customer to have their time wasted.

Are wonderful and kind landlords made an appointment the week prior with Patrick to come and do an estimate on some things we needed fixed in our house. Patrick knew that our landlords were going to have to make a 45 minute trip to our house and that we also needed to change our schedules around for this meeting.

Our appointment was at noon and we all sat here and waited for 45 minutes calling their number every 5 minutes till they finally picked up. I asked the gentlemen who answered the phone why nobody showed up and he said nothing was written in the books. He then called Patrick who said he didn't write it in the books but made the appointment. He said Patrick would call us in 5 minutes to follow up. We waited 10 called back and the gentleman said he would call Patrick again. Patrick finally called us back. He said he know about the appointment but that there was a flood with the toilet at his office and he was dealing with that. I asked why he didn't think it was courteous to make a 2 minute phone call letting us know that their was a flood so that my landlords could have avoided making there 45 minute trip out to our house and so that we could have adjusted our plans. Especially since the flood happened in the AM. He didn't have a response for my question. So at that point I told him that I would be going with a different company that respected our time and was courteous enough to let us know that they couldn't make the appointment. His response was good luck and hung up.

That was my experience with this company. My feeling is that my landlords our older retired folks and I feel like Patrick was disrespectful and rude.

I feel lucky that he didn't start working on our house. I can't image how unprofessional he would be once he started the job and we were at the mercy of him to finish.

They did the exterior coating on my house and I couldn’t be happier. The color is just perfect and my house looks better than I expected. The best part of it is that this product comes with a lifetime warranty, so I don’t have to worry about all the problems that come with regular exterior paint. I definitely recommend their product if you’re looking to fix your house's exterior, it’s a great investment, that’s for sure.

I am a first time homeowner that needed exterior work done. I was nervous about dealing with a contractor since I had been swindled out of a lot of money and the work was shabby. I hired 360 remodeling after meeting with their representative on three different occasions, but they were patient with me. I have to tell you that they really mean it when they tell you to talk to them if you have any concerns. They listened to me throughout the process of getting the work done, but most importantly the work was done with extreme expertise and exactly as I discussed it with them. A crew of workers did incredible work in just three days, which was unbelievable as it was perfect! I come home now to a beautiful home that makes me smile everyday. I am so happy living in my beautiful cottage theme home! Thank you 360 remodeling!!!!

Set an appointment with Bryan at 360 Remodeling, we were planning on meeting with several companies to have our house coated. Before the appointment get a call to confirm the appointment and they essentially tell me they are not coming to our appointment tomorrow.

We are looking to get estimates from multiple companies for work to be completed first week of August, and they refuse to come out unless they they can use high pressure tactics to bully us into signing with them.

I was really interested in the Hero Coating and how it compares with the Ceramic coatings and the Rhino Coating, as we are looking to have a permanent coating rather than repaint ever couple years. I guess I will have to find another company that wants to meet with me and earn my business.

I had this company come out to my home to provide an estimate for pool uplift. They sent Ariel. Ariel provided me with a total number on a piece of paper, I told him I was looking for an estimate. He then said he can provide a discount because he has the same tile I picked out left over from another job. He said the discount was only valid while he was there. The discount was significant, but I told him I needed an actual estimate. I informed him I won’t be signing unless I know the breakdown of cost of goods and labor. He said that’s not how his company does it. He got really upset, raised his voice and said that I’m acting like he’s dishonest. He was also upset that he just spent 2 and a half hours using different sales tactics that ended up not working on me. He wasted his time and mine. He also said he was the brother of the owner. I really hope they have better representation because his temper and anger confirms that this company is a awful. If a company is not able to provide you a formal estimate, they are probably subcontractors. I still have not received an estimate from the company and I doubt I will. Hopefully people read this review and it helps them realize that this company is not a good company. Horrible experience.

The roof was completed in a timely manner, installed correctly and with a high quality product at a reasonable price. Everyone who worked on the project was very friendly and informative. My husband went to the roof with the inspector for finally inspection. The inspector even indicated that the job was excellent.

We had our entire exterior repaired and repainted by these folks. Their work was meticulous and professional. They kept us fully informed, appeared every day, and completed the job in less than two weeks. Weeks after the job was completed, we discovered an issue with our HVAC system that they had apparently caused. They immediately took responsibility for it and fully paid for its repair. 360 Remodeling displayed integrity and honesty in every aspect of this job, and we would recommend their services to anyone.

I am happy to give 5 star rating to 360 remodelings. I had 20 windows and 5 outside doors that I replaced on my house. There was a mixture of 1948 and 1996 vinyl and wood frame windows and French doors that needed replacing. It was a fairly complicated job and I was on a fairly tight budget. Gary and Frank Worked very hard creatively figuring out a way to give me a solid value for my money by mixing brands between the windows and the doors to make sure I ended up with products that would stand the test of time on my budget. The installers supervised by Gus were swift, precise, poised, clean, efficient, and expert in every movement and operation. They did an outstanding job and I'm ecstatic with the result.

The most important part of my review is the personal service this company exhibited. They worked with us through color changes and the professionalism and craftsmanship was awesome. It felt like they were really focused on us and making our house perfect. They showed up when promised and worked steadily until the job was done. They knew their business and offered suggestions when we were stumped or undecided. Gary’s initial guidance followed by Jose’s team was a delight to work with and that’s not easy to say about many businesses. These days you hope you get what you pay for and we certainly did. Although pricey, we highly recommend the company for both the product which looks beautiful on our house and the service.

The team is amazing. It was no stress and they dealt so well with an issue we had taking off our solar panels and reinstalling them and even paid the difference when an unforeseen issue arose beyond any of our ability to predict. Our roof is amazing. It was done quickly and professionally.

I RECOMMEND this company 200%. It is worth every penny. They may be a bit more expensive than getting a general contract but the lack of stress and the quick turn around and their honoring the contract n fee we initially agreed upon is amazing.

You will not find better. ETHICAL, PROFESSIONAL, RESPONSIBLE, EXCEPTIONAL QUALITY.

First of all this company was referred to me and my friend was very happy with their service so I was optimistic. A salesperson who only had Will on his business card came and did a thorough presentation with samples of their windows. He showed me credentials of the company and all the good reviews they had. That's where the positive ended. He then proceeded to take measurements of my windows and wrote down a quote on a yellow pad. On top of that, he said the discounted price was no longer available after he walks out of my house. I found this sales technique to be incredibly unprofessional. Other contractors I called presented a written, well laid out proposal and gave me time to consider everything before making a decision. This sales person made it clear the discount he was giving me - written by hand on a yellow pad - was only good while he was in my house - he said this was being done because his time with me takes him away from other potential customers. When I first called to schedule an appointment, Frank, the guy I spoke with asked if there was a husband who would be with me when the sales person came to my house. I would like to believe this almost coercive sales technique is not due to gender bias, but it almost feels like it. Very disappointed with this experience.

We had the exterior coating done about a month ago and we are very pleased with the work 360 Remodeling Burbank did. The sales persons ( Michael A and Michael Z ) were very professional and provided us with the description and cost of the job prior to performing the work. Additionally, the foreman Jose S, was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable and the quality of work was awesome. Also Jose did the walk around inspection upon completion of work with us and while the work was being done. They did an awesome job and would highly recommend them. We received a lot of compliments from our neighbors. We would use them again for future work.

Let me start off by saying, I would not normally do this. My attitude is I pay for a service, you did what I paid for done. But, in the case with 360 remodeling and you, the new and wary customer. I would be doing both of you a disservice if I didn't tell you just how great my experience has been with 360 remodeling. From the very beginning, Frank at 360 was cordial and fair. He helped me get down to a price that I could live with and still get everything I wanted and I mean EVERYTHING done that I wanted to do. He made sure I was scheduled as soon as possible within my time frame. He also made sure my roof work was coordinated with my solar panel removal and replacement team. Next, he made sure the roofing team was perfectly matched with the paint team. And finally, he made sure I could recover financially in every way possible from the resources available to me.

Please let me say, I wish I could say something bad, but there was NOTHING bad from beginning to end.
