In addition, he seamlessly transformed an exterior window into a door entry and efficiently demolished and rebuilt another interior wall. The work done by Brayden exceeded our expectations. The construction was of superior quality and integrated so well with the rest of our house, it seemed as though the modifications and new additions had always been part of the original structure. Moreover, Brayden was extremely flexible in accommodating changes and additions while the construction was underway. For instance, after the work had already begun, we realized the usefulness of an exterior light. Despite this not being part of the initial contract, Brayden was more than willing to incorporate this into the project. We are thoroughly pleased with the final outcome. We had an outstanding experience with Corey Pate Construction. Coordinating with Tracy was incredibly smooth, and we managed to secure a slot on their packed schedule promptly. Brayden arrived right on time, was very friendly, and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after the work, and even shared some creative ideas for several other home remodeling projects. We were in Burbank and everything went off without a hitch.

I had a problem pop up and called 4 or 5 contractors. I was so impressed by the detail, clarity & professionalism of this company's written bid. Bo was on-time, he knew what he talking about and he answered all my questions. A genuinely good experience.

Bo came to us through a neighbor. She highly recommended him. I met with Bo and also a couple of other companies. We decided on using Bo not only because of our neighbor's recommendation but Bo was available to answer questions about the contract. He discussed options with us. We hired Bo and have been very pleased. Bo renovated our very old 1950 original garage into an ADU. Many issues came up during construction- termite damage, old water damaged wood, etc.. Bo handled all of it. He explained and showed us what and why. He uses an app to communicate and also to take lots of pictures. The pictures were very helpful when the cabinet installer missed an electrical outlet- I pulled up the photo and showed the installer (not Bo's guy) and the installer found the plug easily and took care of it. We will use Bo again. We wish we had more money to do all of the projects we want to do- paver sidewalk, renovate the bathroom, etc.. Bo can do all of it. He is very professional, he treats his team with respect and takes care of them, ie. breaks, lunch, etc. No messes, no smoking on the job, no carelessness... would definitely recommend Bo!

Used A-List for multiple projects for my home & business both quick & complicated. The Owner is highly attentive to detail, & very active on checking his teams work to make sure things are perfect. He has high expectations of the process, its cleanliness during & after the process & the final product. I highly recommend A-List construction. I have hired others that were cheaper in the past only to have to bring in A-List to fix it all (aka my laundry room) It cost me way more in the end to use someone not as skilled then to just pay a little more to A-List who cares about his work.

Bo and team are awesome!! Special thanks to Juan, Erik, Idan, Mauricio, and Javier. He bailed us out of a terrible situation with professionalism and ease. A pipe burst in the attic over my daughter's bedroom and we hired a restoration company our emergency plumber had referred us to over a holiday weekend. Needless to say, that was our mistake.

Thankfully, I asked Bo to give us an estimate on converting a walk-in closet in that room to a bathroom (since we already had a mess on our hands, we figured we should make the best of it). Bo took one look at what was happening and started to give us guidance. On top of that, he recommended against doing the bigger job even though that would have meant more money for him. Graciously, he agreed to take over our restoration.

By the end, the room wasn't only fixed, it was improved. The team took the entire ceiling out and rebuilt it with new insulation. He replaced the plumbing in the attic, the poorly installed ceiling mount for our fan, installed new recessed lighting and an attic fan. My daughter had some very specific painting preferences that were met too. That's not even the best part... he dealt with the insurance company and made sure the settlement would take care of the damage.

I hate having work done on my house. It's a mess and the communication is always terrible. Also, my son has a miserable dust allergy. This crew was clean and the communication was other level. Bo has everyone on a chat where daily details are documented, and if I ever had a question it was answered immediately. I am deeply grateful to have a general contractor that I would hire again and again. Thanks A-list Construction!!

I've done 2 big full home renovation jobs with A-List, and both were great! Bo and his crew are always communicating where we are in the project, and what's next. When problems arise, because they always do, they handled it and I never had to worry. From Permitting to inspections, they were on it. AND they're very clean. The job site was picked up and cleaned every night before the crew left. Amazing. We are Game of Thrones fans and we call the -A-list crew "The Unsullied", because they come in and take it all out. Quick! We have more jobs in the pipeline and I'll definitely be using these guys.

First and foremost I would like to compliment this company on their professional and friendly customer service. Bo the owner as well as his direct communications team, Juan and Erick are all very pleasant to deal with under sometimes very stressful circumstances like a renovation. I have no background in construction so Bo made sure to walk me through the whole process and explained in detail everything that needs to be done and how it will be handled. This was the selling point for why I used A-List. When receiving quotes, other general contractors were short in answers and did not want to spend their time explaining things to me. Bo was happy to share his knowledge as he understands that renovations are expensive and wanted to make me feel 100% confident with how I spend my money.

A-list has now done two renovations for me and my family and we are beyond happy with the work performed. We were treated very fairly and Bo even came up with some very clever ideas to help us save money during the construction.
