He responded quickly and got it all fixed that day, even had to leave for a part and came back promptly. We needed AC sorted ASAP with the heat on but he didn't try to take advantage of us. He showed up when promised, did a great job, and even threw in a new air filter. The quality was top-notch at a fair price. What impressed us most was his keen eye for spotting issues caused by our previous installers - we've had him come back to fix those problems.

North Air successfully replaced my two outdoor heat pumps and fan-coil units indoors, despite a challenging location due to closely spaced houses in our neighborhood. Limited access made the job harder, but they used a crane to tackle it. The team did an excellent job, and I'm extremely satisfied with the outcome.

Disappointing experience with their customer service. They claimed over the phone that spare parts for York models range from $1,100 to $1,500, and were able to retrieve the serial number and model info from me. However, when I placed my order, the price ended up being more than twice as high. It's puzzling why they wouldn't disclose this upfront. To make a purchase, they require a customer account with them - it feels like a ploy to get you locked in. The staff comes across as rude and uncooperative.
