Experience was good over all. Would hire again and recommend to friends. I felt they were very much here for me to spend time answering my questions and concerns which many contractors aren’t like this! Fair to slightly high prices but I can tell the job was done professionally.

I had my exterior main waterline replaced and couldn’t be happier. The sales pitch was clear and professional, the quote was reasonable, and they started work the very same day I called. The entire job was completed in just three working days, and the crew did excellent work. They backfilled the trench neatly and cleaned up all debris before leaving. Highly recommended for anyone needing waterline work done quickly and professionally!

These plumbers are the best you will ever find. I had a different plumber come to my house to troubleshoot my plumbing issue and they quoted me several thousands of dollars to repair my plumbing so I wanted a second opinion. When Dropstars came out they fixed my plumbing for one forth the price. The water pressure problem was nothing compared to what the first plumber told me it was. They are honest, fast, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and reasonable. I have used them many times for different reasons and have referred them to my friends and realitives many times and everyone has been extremely happy with them. They did several jobs, replaced broken faucet in the kitchen, repair 4 showers in 4 different bathrooms, inspect and detected a leak under bathtub (we need to schedule that repair because it’s a major repair)
With some of the jobs it was scheduled because they needed to get parts but the day they came, after they left one of the drains in a bathtub clogged, this was another bathroom they have worked on. I called Jason and he came right away the same day. I’m super happy with their service specially Jason, amazing guy!
