The guest bathroom was a total mess after the toilet overflowed and I couldn't get the shutoff valve to budge. I was talking to Alexis in the office and within an hour Junior was at our door helping us with our clogged drains. He swapped out the old seized valve and cleared the obstruction in the main line in no time. It was a stressful morning but the quick response from the team made it manageable.

We had water backing up into the downstairs shower every time we ran the washing machine and it was honestly a total nightmare. Alexis in the office was great at coordinating a same day visit and she really lowered my stress level during that first phone call. Kevin and his team did great getting the sewer line cleared and even used a camera to show me that it was just a massive blockage of grease and scale. Knowing that the pipes are actually clear now is such a massive relief for my whole family.

Literally had a puddle forming under my water heater on a Sunday morning and was totally bracing for a huge repair bill. This plumber showed up in like forty minutes and it turned out to just be a loose connection on the intake pipe. He tightened everything up and checked the pressure valve while he was here just to be safe. Super honest guy and didn't even try to charge me an arm and a leg for a weekend house call.

We tried Premier 1 Plumbing for the first time this Tuesday and they were just fine! I know there are cheaper options with other drain cleaning services, but we've used those others before and well it sometimes is not quite right. The other companies guys were not so patient/ professional / knowledgeable or concerned with getting it right.

David and Junior used their camera to inspect my drain pipe, they showed me where the problem began and where it was more serious. They used a special tool to locate exactly where the camera head was exactly how deep!

Junior explained that a standard snake was only going to poke a small hole in the clog and that I really needed a full hydrojetting in Pasadena to actually scrub the pipe walls. He showed me the before and after on the monitor and you could see a huge difference in how much gunk was removed from the main line. It is cool to see a technician who actually has the right high pressure equipment to do the job properly instead of just doing a temporary fix. The drains have never flowed this fast since we moved in.

I noticed some weird damp spots in the yard near the main line and was dreading having the whole lawn dug up for a repair. Alexis was great at communicating the entire trenchless pipe repair process and walked me through how they could reline the existing pipe from the inside instead. It was actually pretty cool to see the camera footage of the roots and then hear exactly how the epoxy liner would seal everything up without a backhoe ruining my landscaping. Having someone who actually explains the timeline and the tech behind the fix made me feel way more confident about the whole investment.

The kitchen sink had been backing up for a week and a simple snake wasnt doing anything for the grease buildup in those old Burbank pipes. Alexis in the office was great at setting up everything and it was all on time which started the experience off right. Junior showed up and explained how the hydrojet would actually clear the walls of the pipe instead of just poking a hole in the clog. He was careful not to make a mess under the cabinets and the drains are flowing better than they have in years.

Richard Prather did an excellent job in fixing the leaky showers in my 2 bathrooms & replacing my broken kitchen faucet. He is knowledgeable & works efficiently. He is also very professional. I highly recommend this vendor.

The plumber, Luis Lopez was so excellent plumber who knew what to do in an urgent situation, and he knew how to solve such problem in a short time. He is so knowledgeable in his job field. I'd refer him to others gladly.

The installing of all of the pipe, fixtures, and valves was done well and in a very timely manner. Everyone was professional from the beginning to the end, and were responsive, co-operative, and informative.

Luis was a top notch plumber! He represented the company extremely well. I had a problem that required him to go out and get some parts, and he did it super fast, so the job was done sooner than I expected. Luis was clean and respectful of my property. He was a good communicator too.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY..
Richard was polite and was capable of performing the provided and very simple refrigerator water line valve replacement install. There were two major problems that made this an abusive situation in my opinion. First, the price was four times what it should have been. $100 -$150 would have been acceptable especially since I provided the water valve. Richard quoted $455 for 15 minutes of work. This should have never cost this much for such a simple job and I was not in a position to wait and hire my regular plumber who also stated was abusive, similar to price gouging. When I questioned and protested to Richard on the price the second problem came up. Richard claimed that tariffs were the reason why the price was what it was. Really? I didn't realize that our country was now imposing tariffs on labor and on our own American citizens. This was not only abusive pricing, the tariff excuse was almost insulting. If I had been in a situation to wait, I would have gladly refused the service despite how grossly expensive this was. This company kept asking for a review and I reached out to them with my complaint and they never bothered to respond. Maybe they're Chinese owned hence their attempt of retaliatory tariffs on labor..

The service technicians, Gianni and Ivan, were knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. They offered advice and discussed plumbing options for the care of our house plumbing, but did not push products on me. A pleasure to work with them. I will always contact Pipeline Express in the future.
