We had a cracked water heater and called Highland Plumbing.
Luckily, David was able to come out the same day and check out our issue.

David is an absolute professional. He fixed multiple plumbing issues around the house and changed my tank style heater to a tankless! I got multiple quotes from different plumbing companies but Davids quote made the most sense! Cant thank him enough. Will definitely be calling him again!

David is phenomenal! I’ve been wanting to leave a review but kept forgetting after work. But I was compelled to make sure I did it because it’s rare that you find someone that goes out of his way to help. David installed water filters for my house. The first time I didn’t have a specific part and he helped me get that part by doing research himself and not leaving it to me to figure it out. The second time he installed a separate filter, I was shocked at how efficient he was. He’s also so kind and just an overall great guy. Very happy to have found David and Highland Plumbing. Can’t use anyone else ever again!

I had Highland Plumbing install a tankless water heater in my Burbank home, and they were awesome. The team showed up on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done quickly. They were super professional and left everything clean. The new heater works great, and their follow-up to check if everything was okay was a nice touch. After receiving many unclear and overpriced bids, David came out to fix our water heater and was extremely thorough, explanatory and fair in how he approached the repair. He went above and beyond to call out other repairs that had been done inadequately and further future proofed our system to avoid more damage in the future. I was looking for someone who can install commercial gas water heater at my new business for a while and thx god I found David, what first I pay attention on how people communicate with their client , David is most respectful and responsive person I have met, he was on the phone with me almost anytime I needed to get answers, very professional and polite guy, was on time and made his job very quickly , it’s been a few months after his job has done, he made it perfect, have no issues. Our tanked water heater was 20 years old and it was time to replace it. After doing some research I settled on a Navien tankless water heater. Their website listed Highland Plumbing as an installer and after reading some reviews I reached out to David.

The whole process was easy. We scheduled a site visit and he promptly provided me with a quote, and information of what I would need to do before install. (install an outdoor plug) We schedule an installation date and he showed up, and got the job done rather quickly. (5ish hours)

After install he took the time to explain the system to me and walk me through the features.

David is awesome! We needed a water filtration system installed under our kitchen sink and a new faucet. David was prompt in responses and getting the job done. Very pleasant personality. Cleans up afterward and handled the disposal of the previous parts. A few months later, we invited him back to install our new sink and reroute the garbage disposal. Another great job done! We weren’t surprised. Our kitchen is now complete thanks to his services. I’m not sure why you’re still reading this review…just call and book him already! Honestly, you won’t be disappointed!!

After multiple sewer backups, I booked trenchless sewer line replacement and couldn’t be happier with the results. David pinpointed the old pipe failure, pulled in the new line through the same holes, and pressure-tested everything before they left. It only took half a day, and they even reseeded the small patches they opened for access. No big holes, no landscaping damage, and our toilets flush like new. Professional, on budget, and very clean work.
