Highland Plumbers were great. As I stood there trying to install my own RO water system into my sink, I realized I am ill equipped to install myself. Lol I found Highland Plumber online and called them. They had someone out first thing the next morning. Super affordable, friendly, clean and quick. Within 2 hours I had fresh drinking water installed and working great. They even took all their trash and the trash to the RO system. I tried to toss for them, and they said no. Haha they were awesome!

Highland Plumbing were honest and had fair costs for the work they do. David was professional, on time and only made the necessary fixes needed to repair my toilet. I would highly recommend them for any future plumbing needs!

David is the best! I have used him for multiple plumbing projects at my home, both indoor and outdoor. He is extremely responsive, professional and effective. I would not use anyone else!

He is super communicative and trustworthy. Even after we thought he would have to go through a wall to repair a high pitched hum to get to pipes and agreed to do that he indicated he would first try changing some faucet parts on the cheap to see if that would fix it, and it did. His workmanship is excellent, and he explains everything in real time. During one repair he came across a leaking pipe in the wall, he showed me the pipe leaking and I authorized the work immediately. My home warranty found his pricing to be reasonable so they did not even require a written report or pictures. I have had him over several times since recently moving to a new place and he is always punctual. I would recommend him many times over, both for his skill, ethics, and work ethic.

We’ve used Highland Plumbing several times since we moved into our house. David is very thorough and good at explaining what we need and any options we have. Will continue to use David and Highland Plumbing when any new issues arise.

David went an extra mile. He replaced my dishwasher while my regular plumber couldn’t. I would definitely recommend David. I enjoyed working with him very much. I will definitely call him back for any of my plumbing needs.

So great and so thorough, polite and respectful. I had a leaky shower, inconsistent water pressure (that another plumber was unable to fix), and a tub that wouldn't stop draining. David was able to repair all three and he really made sure I knew what he was doing throughout the whole process and why (makes it so easy to troubleshoot if there are issues in the future). Will definitely be calling him for any other plumbing needs! Highly recommend!

David from Highland Plumbing has been helping us for a year at our new house. After suffering from a con-man general contractor, we have had to perform many corrections and improvements on our house. He's addressed emergency unclogging a tenant's toilet while we were out of town, correcting the installation of a navien tankless hot water heater, and re-installing an exterior gas line requiring work at elevation with fall protection. Of several plumbers we had review our issues, he was the only one that figured out that we needed a pressure regulator to abate loud toilet. David has responded with professionalism and good recommendations. He is patient and answers our many questions.
