I called Plumbing Boys after another plumbing company canceled my scheduled appointment. When I called I was told that they would try to squeeze me in same day, otherwise they would arrange to have someone come out the following day. To my luck, Daniel called me later that afternoon and was able to fit me in.

We needed to replace our fill valve on our toilet and some help with our bathtub faucet (faucet would no longer work/water would only come out of shower head). Daniel called me ahead of time and said he could come by within an hour to take a look. He showed up right on time!

After assessing the issues, he checked to make sure he had the right parts on hand and then got to work making the repairs.He was able to get our bath tub and toilet running properly while also catching an issue with our water pressure. He was very forthcoming and told us that they couldn't warranty the repair since the water pressure was too high unless we wanted to replace the pressure valve. I really appreciated the catch on the pressure and the clarity on the warranty. *We have to wait on the valve fix and opted to repair the toilet fully understanding that it couldn't be warrantied.

Daniel was super knowledgeable and got our bathroom up and running in a quick amount of time. I appreciate how responsive the team was to my initial call and am so grateful they were able to send someone out to help fix. I will definitely be using Plumbing Boys again in the future and I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a plumber!

Outstanding service. 1929 house. Old pipes. Clean out frozen and could not be accessed. Kri worked intensely being creative facing one issue after another.

If the smaller snake was 20’ longer it would be easier as big snake would not bend properly.

I've been using Plumbing Boys for my house in burbank for 10 years. Everything from small jobs and leaky faucets, to replacing the hot water heater, to cleaning out and rooting the main line. I called Plumbing Boys with a Plumbing emergency on a Sunday - they responded immediately and were able to send someone out within of few hours. Basically, my sewer line had backed up and partially discharged into my backyard.

Jonathan came out and found roots in my sewer line to the City line - he cleared everything with a hydro yet and capped the line that had overflown in the backyard. Great work and I have had no issues since.

As particular highlight he came out and a few days later to give me a video of the cleared line to submit to the City for a discount. I appreciate he went the extra mile and he did such a great job on Sunday to clear this up.

Plumbing Boys was super clutch for me on Christmas Eve. We are hosting Christmas dinner tomorrow, and our gas wasn't working. I called dozens of plumbers, and only Plumbing Boys was able to help me get the gas working again. Thank you! Will be the first number I call next time I need help.

Tony and his crew did a great job replacing our sewer. The job required going under a sidewalk which took skill not to break the concrete. Tony came out personally to make sure the job was done right which I appreciate. I also appreciate that he explained the intricacy of the job.

I was looking for a reputable and reliable plumbing company, and I found it. Moved from out of state and read some reviews about these guys and thought I should give them a try. Gary was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. He quickly figured out how to fix my problems. Repaired two toilets and flushed my tankless water heaters. Price was fair and Gary was professional and friendly. I have found my plumbing professionals. Highly recommend this company.

Honest and reliable. Yes, Anthony from Plumbing Boys has helped us out from some large problems.

The entire house has been updated with new pipe. The main line to the service has also been redone. The showers were backing up. I ran water and had snaked the drains. The problem was intermittent.

Anthony came with his camera and gear and diagnosed the issue within 20 min. WOW! The issue was at the connection between the ABS pipe and the 6” city service. Anthony gave me options that itself is really appreciated.

I highly recommend Anthony and the Plumbing Boys for any of your plumbing issues.

We are very happy with the work that Plumbing Boys did for us.

The house was built in 1929. We needed to relocate the water heater to the exterior to meet new code requirements. Anthony came to give us a free estimate. They were able to fit me in within a couple of days.

Plumbing Boys finished the entire job in two days. A water heater enclosure was installed. All supply lines were relocated with new shut off valves. The enclosure was weather proofed and attached to the home. Excellent work!

Best plumbing company in town to work with. Well known for their quick response time and excellent service.

We had a slow water leak under the kitchen sink cabinet. A few neighbors recommended Prestige Plumbing so I called Robert. His brother Richard showed up within 2 hours, carefully examined the leak and discussed with Robert. They told me that the leak was likely under the slab and they did not have the detection equipment and suggested that I found another company that had the equipment. They did not charge anything even though Richard drove 25 minutes one way from Encino. As Robert (on the phone) and Richard sounded quite straightforward, a week later when we needed to replace the water main valve, I called Robert and asked for a quote. Sure enough the price Robert gave was only 60% of what another firm quoted (and with multiple discounts). Both brothers showed up on time and finished the job nice and clean.
We had an old house, and had used quite a few plumbing companies over the years, unfortunately it is quite rare these days to find one that is competent, honest and not greedy. Highly recommended Robert and Richard!
