Charlie was very professional and thorough in assessing our situation and providing an estimate. He was onsite multiple times during the work and was great about answering questions or addressing concerns. Javi and the crew did an excellent job. They were very friendly and the fact that I could hear them laughing while working let me know that they must work for a good company! They put everything back where it went once they were finished, so now you can't even tell half my yard was dug up.

New Years day our W.heater went bad, Mesrop was here in
one hour. what a service and then some.

Mike had done an excellent job! We called him on the weekend and he was there within an hour. He was very efficient and most importantly didn’t leave any mess! We recommend Mike!!

I’m glad I was able to find this Company To fix the plumbing problems that I had for few months . Ed did an amazing job cleaning the main sewer line , there were thick and old roots stuck , now it’s clean .

Talk about professional...we were unfortunate to have a water heater issue, but extremely grateful to have met Ed. We realized our water heater had gone bad and it was leaking water (I guess that's what it does once they go bad). One phone call and Ed was there in no time, he instructed us to turn off the main water, so it wont cause anymore damage, and that was it, he showed up, removed the old water heater, we needed re-piping, from old galvanized. So all and all my wife is happy, Kids are happy, that means I AM HAPPY!!!! Thank you Ed for your quick response, being on time, and your professionalism. You deserve 10 stars

My water heater was broken. I found Excel Plumbing on google and called. They were available for the next day so it worked out perfect for me. The guy showed up on time and told me we needed to replace it. He shared with me some options and went to buy it for me. He was back in the same day to install. He did an excellent job.

I have used Excel Plumbing on two occasions. Both times, Edris was very responsive and professional. He took the time to explain the problem and what he needed to do. I felt like he went the extra mile to fix my drain and shower problem at a fair price. I highly recommend Excel !

Where do I even begin? We called Excel Plumbing as we discovered a leak somewhere in our backyard. They came out immediately and were punctual on time. Our situation was very unique as we couldn't figure out where the leak was coming from. Excel Plumbing stayed there for hours and even came back day after day on trying to resolve this issue. At first, they were very confident that the leak may possibly be from our neighbors pool, but also wanted to check all the valves, french drains, sprinklers and anything they else that they could think of to rule those out of the problem. Our backyard was saturated, the amount of water and damage it had done to our flooring inside our house was unbelievable. They gave us advise and options on what we could do to prevent more water damage to the inside of our house that our backyard was causing, but no matter what they believed strongly it was still the cause of the neighbors pool. Long story short, after weeks and with us confronting our neighbor, it was in fact the neighbors pool that was causing the leak to our yard. I would recommend Excel Plumbing in a heart beat. They were professional, kind, and so patient with the whole process. Thank you Excel Plumbing for your kind and honest work.
