I called Charlie Rooter Services to help me with my shower clogg I been dealing for a month. They send Luis the next day and took care of my issues without a problem. Their customer service is amazing. I'm glad to find hard working and honest people I will be calling them back if I need them. I strongly recommend!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink being clogged. Charlie’s services were contacted. The problem was so difficult but they pressed forward and even summoned Charlie himself to the scene. Needless to say, once Charlie was on the case, it was game over. Had it taken care of and cleaned up like nothing ever happened.

I had a broken and leaky sink. Andrew came out to the house to figure out the problem. And then return the next day to complete the job. He ran into complication after complication, but spent his time figuring things out. He came back a third time to finally fix the problem and replace the faucet and did an amazing job. He really put in the time and effort to make sure the job was done right. Thank you so much!

I had a mystery leak. I had another plumber come, tell me that the whole shower needed to be broken down and replaced and that it would cost a small fortune. I called Charlie Sewer and Andrew came out and went step by step with me to pinpoint the leak. In the end, we were able to find the leak without tearing down the whole shower and the cost was a fraction of what the previous plumber quoted. Andrew and Max came to do the final work and fix the issue. They were kind, informative, honest, and did great work. Highly recommend!

Andrew came in last minute when we had a pipe burst, knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it very quickly. He also went the extra mile of explaining everything to us about how things work, made suggestions on how to avoid this in the future, and inspected the rest of our house. Overall, great experience!

Their customer service and friendliness over the phone was the best! They were super patient as I was freaking out trying to explain my issue.

Tldr: I trust them and they did a good job

Our sewer and drain situation left us with a bad odor and frequently clogged sewers.

We know that our home is more than 50 years old, and has had some additions to the house that were more budget friendly than robust.

If you are like us, you are probably scared about the high cost and uncertainty involved in addressing the issues.

Trying to be business-like and logical we asked 4 highly rated plumbers to bid on and explain how to resolve our problems.

We already knew it would be expensive, so we were more afraid of making a bad decision and ending up with the problem not fixed. Minus all the money.

Charlie's sewer and drain did the second best investigation of the problem. But unlike the others they gave us the option to include further investigation as a deduction to the cost of the fix.

I was a little skeptical because they had some schedule misses. When I brought this up with Charlie he acknowledged the fact and I trusted his honest response.

They have done an excellent job on a complicated project and I would recommend them to friends and family.

Fast response, super knowledgeable. Charlie came by and quickly diagnosed my toilet problem. Had an old calcified drain. They worked hard to get it unclogged and working until it can be replaced.

Highly recommend! Charlie and his Team were quick to respond to our call for an onsite evaluation of our backyard drainage system. The drains were clogged causing flooding. Upon arrival, Charlie and his team were punctual, professional and courteous. They performed the hydro-jetting first in an attempt to unclog the outdoor area drains. Unable to clear the blockage, a camera inspection was then performed. They walked us thru the process step by step. An existing pipe was identified as broken with roots pushing thru the damaged section. Charlie provided us with options for the repair. Excavation of approx. 6 feet deep occurred with descaling and root removal. The service was performed over the course of a few days. The concrete patch that restored the surface matched our existing design. At the end of the project, hydro -jetting for further assessment occurred and the issue was repaired. After the project was completed , rain fell the next 24 hours and Charlie called us on a Sunday to follow up with us. The quality of their work was exceptional . They are the best!

I have had an ongoing problem with my plumbing, and had decided to wait until after the New Year, but it became progressively worse. A call was made to Charlie plumbing service. Caesar Martinez came out, did an assessment, gave options, pricing, etc. Less than 36 hours later, the job is completed. His crew, and himself were thorough, professional, exact, courteous, clean,and honest. I found them on yelp. Had never heard of them, but they are 💯 Top Notch.
