So I scheduled at appt for work on a condo shared line for tomorrow. I'm on the bottom of a two story condo and I get all of the flooding on a shared line. I made the appt on Tuesday based on a message from United's receptionist that the work was my responsibility after Robert came to look at the issue a week and a half ago. Then two days after I made the appt, I was told by the Property Manager that it could be an HOA issue so submit a work scope first, so they can review it before I pay for it in case the HOA may cover it. In addition the upstairs owner told me he didn't agree to me doing any shared line work and to have it voted on first. I called to cancel the appt a day before they were to come out which is when I got all of this back from everyone. I spoke with Robert to ask him if he could submit work scope or order to me or the property manager. I'm paraphrasing, but as I was trying to explain to him what I was told, he kept interrupting me in the most condescending way possible, shouting, "next., next, next, next!!" When I tried through the interruptions to ask about the order, he said he's not going to write @$%& for me. He had to reschedule all of his crew around because of the cancellation. He's not some school teacher (which I am). He's running a company and I f'ed up his schedule and then told me not to call him back. On my end, just a lot of errs and oks. This was my first time speaking with him since he came out a week and a half earlier.
The review is not for any work, since it didn't get that far. On my end, I should have confirmed with the property manager before making the appointment. He had come out over a week before to evaluate and I may have been mistakenly under the impression he communicated with them since then. After I notified the property manager, I started getting feedback about pursuing it through the HOA to let them vote (I've been told for years it was my responsibility, but whatever), so like I said, I should have straightened it out with them first before making the appointment. I get his frustration about being inconvenienced. This review is because his frustration became personal with the way he shut me down during the call, made small what I did for a living for some weird reason, and then hanging up on me. No one should have to be talked to the way I just was.

I just had United plumbing heating air electrical out to my house to troubleshoot a faulty switch to my bedroom ceiling fan. The technician, Jonathan Mosales, was very professional and took the time to explain what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. I was impressed with the quality of their work and how quick they were able to come to the house. I would use them again.

My experience with United Plumbing is almost more comical than bad, but I don't want saying that to make it seem like it wasn't awful.

We had United Plumbing called on Wednesday to fix our linking bathtub. When we were turning off the shower, we still got a stream of water coming out. Realizing we're in a drought, and that United Plumbing perhaps considers themselves "plumbers" they agreed to come out the next morning. We agreed to pay the $60 to have them come take a look at this.

Gary walked in with no tools. I showed him the leaking bathroom. He replied no problem, this was easy to fix. Great! I then walked into our other bathroom to show him our bath tub also sprayed in random directions there. He wouldn't look at it. We hadn't included it on the call for the $60. OK, hilarious, he won't even look at it, but on we go.

Gary calls me back into the first bathroom and says "I can fix this, no problem, but I can't warranty it. Your schmitty plate is too small for the hole. We need to order you a new schmitty plate, shut off the water to the building and install the new schmitty plate in order to warranty the work."

My initial reaction is, of course, man, probably getting screwed, but whatever, I'm in. Gary spends a few more minutes in the bathroom and comes to tell me he'll check on the parts today and give me an update on timing. We're going to have to shut off the water to the building and cut out the old Schmitty plate. He also says, don't tell the building yet, they'll have to set a date a week or two out and we'll need parts first, etc etc. This part of the project is clearly going to take a few weeks.

Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine he wouldn't fix the current leak first though. I didn't even check before he left, it was so obvious the need to stop water from leaking out of bathtub faucet at a ridiculously painful rate for drought ridden California.

Crazy, I know, but being "plumbers" I feel like they might be willing to fix a relative emergency leaking situation and would at least have some sense of urgency or business. Not United Plumbing Services!! We're 72 hours in and still have a stream of water coming from a bathroom and not a word from Gary or anyone at the office. Even better, try calling their "24 hour line" which sends you straight to voicemail

Just totally perplexed by this, I can only give me theory here. These guys get $60 to come out from our HOA insurance. They only make money when they can bill you other things, and Gary wanted to make sure he could bill me for a new schmitty plate. He was careful to tell me multiple times that first, insurance won't cover it, and second, don't call your insurance and ask. I didn't even fight it, I'm totally fine getting a new "schmitty" plate, sounds kind of cool really.

It's like I'm in the middle of the long-con by plumbers, who are so invested in conning us, they're willing to let good water literally poor down the drain. But then, the weekend came, and they forgot they were supposed to be conning us. Thankfully, I've only poured sixty bucks into their pockets for literally nothing. I wish Gary would have been honest and said I'm taking your sixty bucks and you should call a real plumber to fix your problem. At least then I wouldn't feel so terrible about waiting 72 hours to get this thing resolved.

I think if you read the recent reviews around here, it's pretty clear these folks sold out to an insurance middle man. Lucky for policy holders, you don't have any choice in who you get, so I'm sure you'll be coming to Yelp just like I am. Hopefully you read this first and save yourself $60 and taking a few hours off work.

TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! I had to write this review to warn others about this horrible company. I saw their company had good reviews on Yelp and hired them for a minor issue replacing the shower valves in my restroom. Their quotes for higher than other places but they assured me they will warranty their work on any workmanship defects. LIES! I had molding issues a month after they came and found out the valve was leaking! I called them to let to know, instead of trying to fix the issue. Robert the manager was RUDE, obnoxious, and lectured me like I was a kid. He refuses to do anything about it. I'm taken back and decide to stay way. I call another plumber who had to take out all my tiles and dry wall and find out the previous plumber did a shoddy job and had to fix everything he messed up on. DIRTY LIARS!

One of the most professional company I’ve ever worked with. Robert was very professional handled everything himself. Took care of my issue promptly. His guys were really professional clean and did extra work by strapping my water heater and starting a pilot for me making sure everything is working before they left. I would highly recommend this company. Service is very important to me and my wife. It’s hard to find good service these days. So we were very pleasantly surprised on how to owner Robert and his crew were so clean, prompt, caring and polite during the entire process. Being with out hot water is very stressful. I could not be happier with the promptness of this company. Robert managed to get a 100 gallon water heater and have it installed in to time. I will only use this company from now on.

Aggressive workers/driver assaulting people on the street because of rage traffic.
Tried to call the company to report it but never answered or called back.

Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I called, communication was clear, professional, and prompt. The plumber arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. The work was done efficiently, cleanly, and at a fair price. It’s rare to find such honest, reliable, and skilled service these days. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work.

Had a leak in the attic trigger our fire alarms at 1:00 am in the morning. Was able to text Art at Proview, and although he didn't have anyone available to respond that evening, he did walk us through turning the water off to stop the leak. Roland and Rolando showed up on time later that morning, inspected the leak, and completed the repair within 2 hours. They also checked the other attic pipes to confirm there were no other leaks, our tankless water heater, and the incoming water pressure from the city. Everything checked out. This is exactly the professionalism and expertise you want in an emergency.

Arthur and his tech Rollo did a thorough job diagnosing the situations and giving quotes to our landlord. They are professional and made fixes quickly and are nice fellows! Also caught a gas leak so that’s a plus for being alert beyond your scope of work ; ). Thanks guys!

Proview Plumbing was great to work with. Art and his team jumped on the issue immediately and didn’t waste any time getting things handled. Communication was solid from start to finish — they kept me in the loop the entire time, explained what was going on, and let me know next steps as the repair progressed.

You can tell they care about doing things the right way and not leaving you guessing. Fast response, clear communication, and professional work all around. I’d absolutely use them again and highly recommend Art and his team.

Highly recommend this service. They were fast, great communication, super professional. My AC issue required multiple visits (beyond their control, more about my home's old unit) and they were great to schedule with an communicate via text and call every time. Shaun is a super great pro to work with!

I recently hired Proview Plumbing & Rooter to replace the sewage pipes in our home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. From the initial consultation to the final inspection, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

I went on Yelp to request for services from different companies. Arthur called me a few minutes after my request. Arthur sent Alex to our home that very night. He arrived on agreed time, assessed the issue thoroughly, and explained the entire process before beginning work. He was honest with his findings and walked me through his findings and based on his assessments how much it would cost. I thought it would be a simple problem but it wasn’t as we progressed along.

Alex explained to me that they need to dig to find the issue because their camera can’t see anything beyond it. The next day I have met Arthur and his team. They started the digging to find the root cause of the issue (pun intended). Yes, some of it are caused by the roots from the nearby palm tree but our old contractor who sold us our home used an old existing clay pipe that is older than me. It was breaking apart when they showed me the old pipes (look at the picture). Our sewage was leaking into the dirt (note, they dug 11 feet deep as you can see from the picture).

What stood out most was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They tested the new pipes multiple times to ensure proper functionality and even provided maintenance tips to prevent future issues.

Overall, I highly recommend Proview Plumbing & Rooter for anyone needing sewage pipe replacement. Their expertise, reliability, and excellent customer service made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle.
