I've had Nathaniel come out to my new home in Burbank several times for different plumbing issues. The first time, I had a pipe fitting come loose inside the wall, which caused a pretty big leak. Nathaniel quickly took care of the repair and made sure everything was working right. Later, when I accidentally drilled into the same pipe while patching up the wall, he came out the very next day and fixed it again without any trouble. Nathaniel and his team have also installed a water softener and a hot water recirculating system, which really helped get hot water to my bathroom much faster—perfect for those warm California mornings. They also took care of hooking up my dishwasher and installed a new garbage disposal for me. Nathaniel always goes the extra mile to make sure everything is done right, and he’s always on time and dependable. The prices are fair and the service is friendly and professional. A plumber came out to my home in Burbank to check out an issue with my hot water heater. Even though it was late in the day, they showed up exactly when they said they would the next morning. They installed a new hot water heater along with an expansion tank. Barry, the plumber, was very friendly, knowledgeable, and acted professionally the whole time. The installation was done neatly and you couldn’t even tell any plumbing work had been done—everything looked perfect and tidy. I’m extremely satisfied and would definitely give Barry and this plumbing company a solid 5 out of 5 rating.

We discovered our fridge’s ice maker line was leaking due to the old copper piping. We needed a new valve installed so we could easily shut off the water if any problems came up again. Nathaniel came out, fixed the leak, and put in the new valve. He stayed late to make sure our water was working properly before he left. Nathaniel was quick to respond, very professional, and made sure to clean up everything after finishing the job. We definitely recommend this plumbing service for anyone in Burbank and will call them for all our future plumbing needs. We really appreciate the great work!

I have used them for years to test many of my backflow devices.

Worse backflow company in the Long Beach area. For the longest they would conduct test to fail every year. They would do some minor repairs and charge hundreds. Till we decided to be present for the test for it to magical pass. The staff (Chuck) is rude don't know how to communicate. If it gave me an option to give a 0 I would have.
