Plumber came on a Saturday, he was good unclogging my bathroom drain using his motorized snake and now the water goes perfectly. Used the $50 coupon. Thank you.

Plumber hired to do bathroom repair after major flooding. Quality of work was extremely substandard. Shower knobs loose, toilet leaked after they came out to repair twice. Finish work on tile substandard with missing, insufficient and sloppy grout. Bathroom door no longer closes properly. Workers never showed up on time and continuously left construction debris on front lawn.

Less than a week after work was completed building inspector found they left construction debris under house and the toilet still leaking. Unable to get an itemized bill, demanded payment up front and now refusing to return calls or texts.

I had an issue with my main sewer line and tree roots for over 3 years with multiple plumbers coming out and not truly wanting to get into the work. I called Honest Plumbing and they came out and gave me a fair rate and jumped right to work. Since then I haven't had a problem with my main drain for over 1 year I will refer them all to my friends. Thanks

I used Honest Plumbing a year ago when my main sewage line broke. Their business practice was a shady set up where they don't do thorough inspections when they could. Long story short after having changed the sewage line and filling up the holes they dug up, they come back to tell me they reinspected and the line from the property to the city's main sewage line is broken. After closing everything up. They could have easily inspected that when they had things dug up. Also they did not pack up the dirt properly as certain areas sunk in after it rained. I found out later from others about their reputation.

These guys just came out to service my tank less water heater. They were AWESOME!! Completely knowledgeable about my Noritz brand and were able to show me what was wrong, what they did to fix the issue and how I can prevent my problem in the future. The crew was professional, clean and friendly. This was my first experience with this company and it wont be my last. Thank you!!!

Not at all pleased with plumbing service! Did not show on time as promised requiring several phone calls to arrive at location. Rooter equipment motor needed field repair before service could even begin, which took time. Cutter was half broken and plumber would not install a new or better cutter as requested by customer. Price was higher than what was originally quoted. Discount coupon of $50 was told could not use on this service when coupon indicated it was. Plumber claims more costly services are required to clean out sewer line and indicated that sewer line is broken which is totally incorrect. Price quoted over the phone and price given upon the start of service were not the same.

In brief, customer required contractor to honor over the phone quote and discount coupon before work began and as result efforts to clean out sewer line were less than thorough owing to the above issues. Conclusion, sewer line was not cleared and no improvement was obtained with the services of this contractor plumber!

David was super helpful and responsive. He was in the area working on a few other projects and was willing to swing by for an initial consultation the very same day I reached out to him! He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained what was going on for future reference, identified next steps, eventually came back the following week to fix leak.

I am a retired physician and very picky about who comes for repairs. David is a true professional - he is Covid conscious and does fast excellent repairs. He has done a number of jobs for me including installing a dishwasher, changing out a kitchen faucet, unclogging pipes etc. He is on time and amazingly reasonable prices. Do not hesitate to hire him.

David was our 2nd opinion and we went with him based on recommendations from others in our condo community and his price was 15% less than the first quote. I found David very knowledgeable, competent and got a trustworthy vibe from him. He arrived exactly as scheduled and did a good job (replacing some parts from our Toto toilet that had been leaking). He explained the issue clearly and in detail. Definitely will use David again.

They charged an excessive amount of money for a small amount of work, but the quality of the work was very poor.

Had them install a tankless at my place in Burbank. Solid experience overall.

Had Highland Plumbing handle a sewer line replacement at my place in Burbank. Not exactly a fun job to deal with, but they made it pretty straightforward.

Had Highland Plumbing replace our old water heater with a tankless in Burbank.
Honestly, it was pretty easy from start to finish. David checked out the setup, explained what needed to be done, and handled the upgrade without making it a big deal. They rerouted a few things, cleaned everything up, and the install looks clean.
Hot water is instant now and way more consistent. Big difference.

We had a Navien tankless installed by Highland Plumbing at our place in Burbank.

The whole thing felt pretty straightforward. David came by, looked over the existing setup, and gave a clear plan without overexplaining or trying to upsell anything. Once we scheduled it, they showed up and just got to work.

You can tell they’re experienced with these installs — everything looks clean and well thought out, not rushed. They also made sure everything was working properly before leaving and walked us through it real quick.

So far it’s been great — hot water comes on fast and stays consistent.
