Excellent service! From start to finish the experience with the Water Heater Company was very good. Kariana was friendly and helpful when I called for a service call. I was able to get the appointment for the next day. Mark W was outstanding – polite, respectful, and incredibly knowledgeable. He replaced the 50 gallon water heater, expansion tank and pressure regulator valve quickly and professionally. It's rare to find such great service these days. I highly recommend the Water Heater Co.

I called the Water Heater Co and withing two hours they were at my door ready to go. They did a thorough analysis and explained clearly what needed to be done. After I gave them the go ahead Mike and Travis got to work and the results where, if plumbing can be this, a beautiful job. They cleaned up after they were done leaving it cleaner then when they had started. (and safer) They then thoroughly explained all the ins and outs of operating it to me. Great job guys! Thank you

I woke up to a broken water heater in my garage and had Shawn from The Water Heater Company come over and fix it. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable and very personable. Provided me with different options based on my budget and gave me the freedom to choose.
Shawn also engaged with Mitchell (Supervisor) to work out a price that’s manageable to everyone. Mitchell was very accommodating and worked the budget outlay with me to reach common ground.
I would like to especially call this out: my garage heater has shelves with things piled up. Shawn went ahead removed them single handed, and put them all back when done! THAT was not expected by me 👍. That was going above and beyond. It’s the little things sometimes.
I could not recommend this company more. They are experts in Water Heaters and that's all they do as specialists. Their personnel are also specialized in this area too. He installed a new Bradford White water heater in Jan 2025 and accurately diagnosed a specific breaker failure on the electrical panel in Sep 2025. My family and I had been dealing with ongoing issues with our Rheem water heater from Home Depot, which is only a few years old. For the second time, a part failed, and of course, it happened during winter, leaving us without hot water.

From the very first phone call, Kariana was polite, professional, and incredibly reassuring. She honestly made my day by telling me she could have a technician out the same day within a few hours — something you don’t hear often anymore.

That technician was Justin, and I can confidently say he is one of the best service professionals I’ve ever encountered.

Justin arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and walked me through everything step by step. No messy paperwork, everything was done efficiently on his tablet. He took the time to explain the entire “rabbit hole” of owning a Rheem water heater from Home Depot, and why certain models tend to have repeated part failures.

He recommended the Bradford White brand, explaining how it’s better built, uses longer-lasting parts, and is designed more for long-term reliability. What truly impressed me was that he didn’t pressure us, he clearly explained all our options, the pros and cons, what was causing sediment buildup, and what made the most sense for our household.

He also happened to have the unit available in his vehicle and was able to complete the entire installation within a few hours , getting our hot water back up and running the same day.

Let’s be real, the average person doesn’t plan for or want to spend this kind of money unexpectedly. Justin understood that. He spoke with empathy, honesty, and patience, not sales pressure.

I’ve hired many contractors and handymen over the years, and unfortunately, most have made mistakes or failed to ensure things were properly up to code. Justin was the complete opposite. He was thorough, careful, respectful, and genuinely caring.

He was very thorough about what services he was doing, after doing his initial inspection made recommendations without pressure and was very informative about what was discovered and how to fix the issue. If you need a good plumber for your water heater, don’t wait and call them!! I called them, the very next day Sean came out and diagnosed the problems. I waited a week, Marc then came out and completely rebuilt my entire unit! Both men were simply amazing, knowledgeable, and put my worries to ease. This my my second time using The Water Heater Company, and I continue to be very pleased with their service. On this occasion, Justin installed a recirculation pump to speed up hot water getting to some location in our house. He arrived promptly and started by asking questions to make sure the pump was what I needed. I really appreciated his clear explanation of what he was thinking at each step of the process. Justin answered my questions in an equally clear manner, gave me choices, and made understandable recommendations. When he needed an additional part, he spent the time to shop for it at no extra charge. When he discovered that he needed an electrical outlet with 3 prongs rather than the 2-prong outlet available, he did have to charge for that but negotiated with his boss for a discounted price. With these additional snags, Justin was clearly spending more time here than he expected for his last job of the day, but he continued to be thorough and diligent and expressed no frustration. As with the last job done for me by this company, I was impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and concern for safety. Justin exceeded my expectations in every way.
