The team explained the process and then performed each step as explained. They helped relieve the stress factor. In particular I’d like to thank Erik Pedersen for his sense of urgency by facilitating an immediate inspection appointment to get the project moving right away. A couple of weeks ago, our upstairs neighbor had a water leak which found its way into our home - part through a light fixture. Thankfully, they had called Servpro. The Servpro people worked with both of us - checked all the areas, put in machines and helped with our insurance to get everything dried out. They were all very nice and answered my questions, from the crew that worked in my home to the people in the office. As much as I hope we never have to go through this again, we are happy that Campbell Servpro came out to help!

Picture this: your bathroom gets flooded right before New Years and you have to get a team scheduled right away to perform water mitigation service. ServPro Campbell was sent in by my insurance company. After working with the team, I can confidently say that I would hire them out myself.

The process started with a project manager coming out the next day to assess the damage.

The company was able to get a team scheduled to come onsite right after New Years. They laid out builders paper and setup dust covers to make sure their work wouldn’t spill over into our bedroom. Then they quickly took out all of the wet parts of the bathroom (within a day); and set up fans and dehumidifiers to make sure the place got dry. Everything was done efficiently.

Special shoutout to the project manager Ron who was extremely communicative. He walked me through all of the steps of the process.

Another shoutout to Steve who was onsite doing the work. The team accidentally cracked my medicine cabinets but owned up to the mistake which I extremely appreciated.

In summary, this company has great customer service and I highly recommend them.

I worked with Tee Ballin from SERVPRO in Campbell and he was fantastic. He was extremely responsive and always called me back or texted me in a timely manner. I didn't have running hot water for weeks and he quickly helped resolve my issue by scheduling time as soon as possible to help me. Tee is someone you can trust and who helps people in an honest way and he is someone I would highly recommend working with. If I have any repair needs, I will work with Tee in the future!

Wow, I don’t even know where to start. Servpro has been excellent from the top down!! I called them because I had water leaking through my floors, but once Ronald came, he diagnosed and saw the problem was much much Worse… So after a thorough examination, we found water damage got through the cabinets the walls, the floors, everything. I of course, wanted to keep everything in house so I had them do the demolition as well as the reconstruction, and I have to say their communication and transparency was much much appreciated! Big shout out to Ron, Connie, and Will! They have an instrumental in the whole project that took about two months, and their communication and their willingness to work as soon as possible, as well as deliver full service has been unmatched. I could not recommend them Enough. If anybody’s dealing with the large water damage project, please look at Servpro as the one stop solution to literally everything, from diagnosing the problem to fixing and remodeling! Consider me a happy customer. If I have any other large scale projects or even small scale ones, I definitely would hit them up. My house looks better than it was before!!

I first used this company's services in 2020 for water mitigation. Their work was excellent, and the entire team was professional. Recently, in 2024, I needed an invoice report for their previous work. I was impressed by their efficiency - they located the records and provided the report within just one day! Their commitment to quality service and customer satisfaction is consistent, even years after the initial job. Highly recommended for both their expertise and their helpful customer service.

We had water damage with mole in our kitchen, unknown to us for a while. We contacted serve. Pro and T was the team manager, and came out and could not have been more helpful and more considerate and more efficient in our project. At the time my daughter moved in with two twin preemie babies, and we had the kitchen mopped off and the crew he had was so respectful of air quality for us with the babies and trying to make life as convenient as possible. Super pleased with their end, result the work along the way and highly recommend

I called for services for the company I work for and the office person that answered the phone Vee was very helpful and the team came out to the property and was professional and very detailed to the job and my company was very impressed with the work and will be using the company again for all future projects highly recommended. I would hire again and recommend ServPro of Campbell in a heartbeat. Had issue in a bedroom ceiling that 3 roofers looked at but not one went into attic or did any kind of investigation to determine actual source of the problem. Two roofers provided bids ranging $7-$8500 to either replace section of roof or add ridge vent (claiming insufficient attic ventilation...)

Only ServPro of Campbell came with proper tools and mindset to do a thorough job. Working together we found bathroom duct had disconnected from roof vent and a second location had a failed gasket. My hunny reattached duct (no cost) and got $21 fix at HomeDepot for failed gasket. Total ServPro cost to investigate, prepare and protect the work space, remove damage, repair, and paint was less than $3k.

They fit me into their schedule despite my need for tight turnaround and very single person on my project showed up on time, was courteous & friendly, professional, knowledgable, willing to actually trouble shoot and collaborate with me. Their knowhow, professionalism, and responsiveness helped reduce a very stressful situation AND I now have huge peace of mind that source problem is actually fixed. FABulous working with them. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Someone drove through my grandparents barricade wall and into their yard making quite a mess! Ron and his team were out within the hour of my call. Sent me photos and was very helpful suggesting ways to fix the damage and the clean up needed. I am an insurance adjuster myself and I wish I did areas closer to this location because I would refer them every time! Made a painful experience painless !

These guys were fantastic for our mishap we had in our health club. Quick response, great work from all members, top to bottom. The before and after views are fantastic! Highly recommend for any damage control issues a business or homeowner might have. Edit - discovered about a year later just how shoddy their work and the work of their subs was. We've had to redo the tile floors and drains because of leaking under the drains and grout coming up, being too thin, and poorly laid. If I have another problem that needs remediation in my facility, I will not be calling them back.

I had an excellent experience with SERVPRO of Campbell and wanted to share how impressed I was with their customer service. I called with a few concerns about potential damage at my property, and Vee answered the phone. From the moment she picked up, she was warm, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She took the time to really understand my situation, walked me through what to expect, and explained the services they provide in a way that was easy to understand.

What stood out most was how reassuring she was. I was feeling overwhelmed before calling, but Vee’s calm and professional approach genuinely made me feel better. She didn’t rush me, answered every question thoroughly, and made sure I had all the information I needed to take the next steps confidently.

I had the misfortune of a flood in my kitchen one week before hosting Christmas. I worked with Matt on water mitigation. He was always upbeat, positive, and very patient when I asked him to explain and re-explain the entire process. He also moved FAST! He got me a temporary sink and hired a plumber so we wouldn’t be out of our house. I then started working with Will Smith and Tee Ballin on reconstruction. They are some of the nicest, most candid pros. I’ve never had to file a home insurance claim in my life, and they were incredibly helpful and fast on delivering everything the insurance needed to rebuild as quickly as possible. Once we got to reconstruction, the work they did was immaculate. We are incredibly meticulous, and they rebuilt our kitchen and living room in a way that made it all look like the day we moved in. I cannot thank the team enough for giving us our beautiful home back. I highly recommend Servpro!
