Fidel took his time to explain their process and provided valuable insight to assist me in making an informed decision. I was very excited to learn they offer general contracting services as well that I can utilize for my rental property. We recently met with Fidel from Priority Landscaping for an estimate, and we were extremely impressed with his professionalism and presentation. He was knowledgeable, and really took the time to understand what we were looking for.
After meeting with a few other companies, it became clear that Priority Landscaping stood out from the rest, we're excited to move forward with them and feel confident in Fidel's hands.

We had a disappointing experience with this company.

Our appointment was scheduled for 1:00 PM. Instead, someone showed up at our house at 12:30 PM and told us they would come back at 3:00 PM. They eventually arrived at 4:50 PM.

When they came, they stayed for only a couple of minutes and quickly stated the project would cost $50K–$100K. They discouraged us from moving forward without asking questions about the project or taking time to understand what we were looking for.

We were surprised by how quickly assumptions were made without discussing details or reviewing the space. It did not feel like there was much interest in understanding our needs.

Because of this experience, we decided not to move forward with them. We were hoping for a consultation and discussion, but unfortunately that was not our experience.

Fast, efficient, and friendly. Opulands Landscape Design and Construction completed our front yard landscaping quickly and left the site spotless. The crew was on time, worked hard, and delivered great results. Steven is a highly responsive communicator keeping us up to speed throughout the project. Highly recommend for any residential landscaping services.

We hired Steven and his team at Opulands Landscape Design and Construction to redesign our landscaping for both the front and back of our house and we were thrilled with the results. We were looking for a custom design that incorporated drought-tolerant plants and colorful flowers. Steven was very friendly and efficient, and provided a custom design plan which really helped us visualize how things would look. His team arrived on time, communicated clearly about each step, and kept the work site neat. We also found his pricing to be very reasonable for the high quality work that his team does. I would highly recommend Opulands for anyone looking for custom, beautiful landscape work.

Opulands came by and it turned out my project was out of their domaine. His advise however was superb and next time I will need a pavers for my driveway and patio I will most certainly call them.

Steven and his team re-did everything around our house (front, side and back yard). Communication was always excellent and pricing was competitive. Would recommend.

Opulands demolished my old deck and installed a beautiful new paver patio in my backyard and a walkway in my side yard. The crew worked hard (they even came on a Saturday) and finished the job quickly. A few finishing items took a bit of time but it’s all good. The price was very reasonable too.

We met Steven from Opulands in Los Gatos at the rotary. Steven came over the next day and spent over several months a lot of time with my husband and I designing what turned out to be an awesome new backyard. We love the paver patio, fire pit, smoker and BBQ island. My 2 year old son is in love with the lawn, seating benches and his new play area.

I recently had a complete landscaping renovation this by Opulance landscaping and I have to say they exceeded my expectations! More importantly, Steven and his team showed the highest level of PROFESSIONALISM, INTEGRITY and EXPERTISE throughout my entire experience.

From the design phase that blew us away, to his team who started up at 8:00 am and worked until late evenings under the sun heat. Steven constantly following up on product deliveries, he kept us in the loop at all times. This was a very complex landscape construction project and if an some issues ever arrived during the installation Steven rolled with the punches and came up with solutions that kept the project on time and on budget.

I literally would give Steven and his team TEN STARS if I could!

Steven and his crew rock! We did a total backyard remodel with them and I cannot recommend highly enough. They are honest, hard working and talented. The finished product is picture perfect. 10/10 experience.

I had a pleasant experience working with Steven from Opulands. He was responsive to my inquiries about backyard landscaping and came onsite twice to look at our garden. He was knowledgeable and patient in answering my questions and concerns. He later thoroughly assessed and walked us through the proposal of our backyard design based on my needs & ideas. While we decided to take a slower approach to our backyard design in the end, I would call Steven when we are ready to pick up the project again.

Steven and the crew were great. Provided a detailed layout and scope up front and was also one of the better price options. Did have an increase in estimate due to the slope of our backyard needing a step down, but he shared the news in person which I appreciated. The team worked quickly and they even came back to fix a whole section when we noticed months after the project.

I met Steven at the San Jose Home improvement fair. After meeting with Steven again at our home, my wife and I decided he would be a great fit to move forward with our project. Steven was very patient and spent several sessions with us on planning and envisioning the details. Through rough 3D renderings that Steven prepared with our input, it became more and more clear what we wanted. Fast forward a few months and I am extremely satisfied with the outcome. Steven was essential as our point person to manage so many moving parts to such an extensive project. The workmanship shows in the details. We love the colored lights and enjoy experimenting on our 'American Muscle Grill' that Steven installed. I would highly recommend Steven!
