Called for an estimate for drain repair. They came out promptly, gave a reasonable estimate, and arranged for the work to be done on the same day. Plumbers then arrived promptly and were able to complete the work without incident. One-year warranty on workmanship and materials used.

Everything was fine, the plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and friendly. Friendly. The only odd thing was I didn't get an invoice with the visit. I was told that once my check had been processed it would be sent to me in email. That is unusual, typically a written invoice/estimate is presented before the work is done. Still don't have any proof that your company actually did this work at this time.

Update: I called their office and they emailed me the paperwork.

We hired the company for plumbing work, but unfortunately, we had a negative experience. They identified the root cause of the issue as soon as they arrived and charged us $900 just to dig the pit. They then requested an additional $1,300 to complete the repair. Due to the urgency of the situation, we paid the $900 upfront. However, the next day, we brought in another service provider who resolved the problem efficiently at a much more reasonable cost.

Highly impressed by Francisco Cabrera and their team with the gas repiping service! The team was punctual, professional, and extremely thorough in their work. They took the time to explain the entire process and ensured everything was up to code for safety. The job was completed efficiently, and they left the area clean and tidy. Our home feels much safer with the new gas lines in place, and we’ve had no issues since the work was completed. I definitely recommend this service to anyone needing gas repiping. They also offer to apply for the city permit (no work needed from my side) which is critical for home owners for long term safety – outstanding work!

Last but not least, they offered the reasonable price considering the amount of work they've done.

Martin and his teams are very professional. I asked them to change the entire water, drain, and gas system. The team completed the job really fast with quality. I would definitely recommend his team to anyone who needs huge updates on the pipes at your house!

Update on 12/2/25: I've called knockout for follow-up work several times since our repipe. They've continued to be professional and accommodating of my schedule. Their rates are fair and I am happy with the quality of work. Also happy to report no problems with our repipe last year.

Edgar and his team were extremely professional and provided a whole home repipe, drain replacement, and water softener/RO installation within 1 month of me contacting them. I had quotes from about 7 different companies. They were able to price match a competitive offer and provide timely service.

When they were working, they taped and sealed everything off so that my house stayed as clean as possible. The guys even reminded me to close my garage door when they were done for the day which was thoughtful. Definitely would use again if I ever move to another house that needs plumbing work.

Had a great experience working with Kevin and Juan! They helped me address the main line flooding issue late night. They inspected the issues carefully, worked until 10pm to ensure the issue is fully resolved and shared video to help me understand the problem and fixes. Highly recommend this business!

Great local business, quickly took my call and sent Juan within the hour. He had everything resolved before lunch, all on a Sunday. Great communication and service, would totally recommend!

Knockout Plumbing and repipe do professional work. They fixed our pipe that I found leaking underground. The plumbers who originally installed it 20 years ago did a sloppy job with the soldering. Knockout’s pipe sweating was nice and clean so it doesn’t corrode as fast.

I also had them install a recirculating pump and timer to my hot water line, and they came out the next day to do that. The old piping wrapped around the water heater stand and was in the way.
Without even asking them, they rerouted the pipe diagonally beneath the water heater. It’s in the garage and now I don’t have to worry about my dogs or equipment banging into it.

No water in kitchen faucet so went on line to Angie’s list and within 5 minutes that had called and appointment was set up. Thought sure it was the faucet but when service rep got here he informed me that even though the sensor faucet was plugged in there were batteries that could go bad preventing faucet from working properly. New batteries were installed and faucet was again functioning. They were prompt and courteous. I will definitely be calling them for any further plumbing problems.

I had two rusted sinks in a bathroom that needed replacement. Marino is very innovative and helpful. He suggested replacing the shelf and piping that goes with the sink. In a matter of one day, Knockout Plumbing crew gave me a new bathroom shelf, along with 2 new sinks in a full working order, but much nicer looking than before. I definitely recommend them and will use their services again.

Knockout plumbing is a wonderful company. They are knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. They also are very professional and cleaned up after themselves nicely when they were finished. The project was expertly managed by Martin and the compassion he and his staff showed for my elderly mother was beautiful. He is a good soul. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing service needs, especially the very large jobs.

We had a leak in one of our spigots outside which had to be repaired on Saturday. We called and got an immediate response.

Kevin was at our house within 20 minutes and did the repair. We also had him replace 3 other spigots. In doing so he found a pretty serious leak underground which was losing lots of water.

So we were lucky to have had Kevin come over.

He was really friendly and did fabulous work. I would highly recommend them for plumbing work.

Edgar and his team are amazing. They are prompt and communicate quickly. He has helped us twice in the last 4 weeks at 2 separate locations. First was a sewer blockage that they cleared quickly and second was an old, rusted, dirt filled exterior storm drain. They successfully cleared it and also found three small golf balls from inside the pipe. He is very knowledgeable and offered solid alternatives for us to consider. Once he and his team solved the problem, he provided additional steps to ensure the problem never happens again.

Edgar was prompt in providing us with an estimate as well as getting to our home quickly in the midst of some devastating storms.

Just got my sewer line replaced with Knockout Plumbing. Overall was good except they messed up with the USD inspector appointment and I was nervous. Price was reasonable. The owner, Edgar, and his team are professional and knowledgeable. The crews are friendly to answer my questions. They fixed my water sprinkler and cleaned up all the garbage at the end. Nice job!

They are very efficient and thorough when completing a job. The first time the sewer line was plugged out to the main city sewer. They called the city for me and got someone to come right away to fix the problem. A few days later I called to have the base of my toilet to look at. I made the decision to replace the toilet seal wax ring. They did an excellent job!!
