Cupertino Plumbing fixed two issues - on two separate visit weeks apart
1) Post the washer cycle, while being drained, the water was coming out of the pipe next to the washer
2) When the dishwasher cycle was over, the dispensed water was flooding the kitchen sink

Both issues were important to fix. Cupertino Plumbing did a good job with both including the stucco repair on the 2nd job

We love this company! Every time we have them out to solve an issue, we’re so happy with the service we receive! We live in an older home, so we seem to have a plumbing issue once or twice a year. They always come out in a timely manner and every person is friendly and efficient. They help us clearly understand the issue and often advise us on how to keep it from happening in the future. The Knockout Plumbing did a great work. They did the initial assessment with honesty and in detail. The other company who came to bid was like a talking machine and didn’t accommodate to our special circumstances. About 30 to 40% of our house already had brand new piping. We didn’t want that part replaced.

I have a 60 year old 4-plex rental building in San Jose. The water pipes are original galvanized iron pipes and they started affecting water quality for my tenants in the last 12 month or so. After getting estimates from 3 licensed plumbing companies, I hired Knockout Plumbing and Repipe to do the project. All 3 companies have extensive experience in repiping project. They all have good customer reviews on both Google and Yelp. Knockout gave me some discount. They started the job on May7th and finished the job on May 11th. Only in the first two days, they needed to shut off water for about 10 hours during the day. They use top quality parts. Their young plumbers are well-trained and professional. After the entire plumbing system was replaced, they did extensive test to make sure no water pipe leaks. They took care of San Jose City inspection well. The two inspections were scheduled timely and went through smoothly. The owner, Edgar, is professional and easy to work with. His younger brother Juan and his staff member Kevin also left me with very good impression. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has similar needs.

We had an outgoing drain pipe leak under the house which was attracting rodents. We called Knockout Plumbing because we used them previously on an exterior leak.
Martin came and looked at the situation and gave us a very reasonable quote. He then did the repair to our satisfaction. Two days later the sink backed up and we called Knockout to come and figure it out, thinking that they must have done something to cause the back up. It seems that there was a clog in the pipe that we were unaware of, and the hole in the pipe which was repaired had been helping the pipe to drain by allowing air to assist the water past the clog. Anyway, Martin dispatched a team member, Jason, who did an excellent job of clearing the clog and also showed by video camera inside the pipe how there were some other issues we need to address down the line. Upshot: Knockout Plumbing is very professional, reasonably priced, and they really care about their customer when it comes to overall plumbing issues and resolutions.

We had an emergency (Kitchen faucet broke) and Kevin came in and gave us a very fair estimate. He did not try to take advantage of the situation. Then I gave a 10% deposit. When the parts came in after about a week, Kevin came in again and did a very professional job. Also he is very polite and respectful. I would hire him again in a new york minute

Knockout Plumbing was very responsive to my request for a quote to unclog my bathtub/shower drain. The technician was prompt and professional throughout the time he was unclogging the drain. He even put on booties prior to entering my home. I found their price competitive. I highly recommend Knockout Plumbing for any of your plumbing needs.

Knockout plumbing replaced my sewer line which was outside the house on my driveway. These guys are absolute wonderful to work with. They gave reasonable quotes and finished the work within the timeline as promised. Once they started digging they realized the city connection is much deeper than originally anticipated. But they did not even charge me for that. Kevin and Edger are so helpful. They even helped to put remaining dirt in my backyard upon request. I would definitely hire them again.

This guys did a big job at our site. I will explain why we do not recommend them. After job was "completed" and Knockout team departed the site and sent us invoice then a few days later my wife smelled natural gas fumes in garage. I was absolutely horrified to find the fitting where the flexible steel gas supply line connects to water heater was only HAND TIGHT (I felt the fitting was hand loose). Knockout Plumbing installed that water heater including that flexible supply line and, hand tightened its fitting then forget to wrench tighten, leaving it leaking natural gas a couple feet away from the open flame of that water heater. It is by grace of God that my wife smelled the leak and we got the main line shut off before our garage filled with gas and exploded ! PG&E came out and confirmed with a sniffer, then tightened up the loose fitting. The problem with Knockout Plumbing (in our observation) is they ration their A-team (very experienced professional plumbers) as only one of them was present at the beginning of the job, then left quickly leaving their young, sloppy inexperienced C-Team completely unsupervised. After the sloppy C-Team junior guys "finished" the job, the A-team guy never came back to review their work, which I know because I then reviewed all the work myself and found lots of sloppy f-ups which I then listed to Knockout who acknowledged those were unacceptable f-ups (including even a leaking water pipe they installed), so they sent their A-team pro guy out to fix all of them, which he fixed in a high quality, professional manner. However, that A-team guy never caught the loose & leaking fitting on the gas supply line to the water heater (and neither did I, but who would ever imagine that had been left only hand-tight). My message to Knockout plumbing is if you want to have a low-labor-cost team 90% comprised of young, inexperienced C-team guys, then you must post one of your very experienced pro A-team guys on-site 100% of time to constantly watch and correct the sloppy mistakes made by the C-Team.

These guys were great! Efficient, affordable, respectful, funny, and very communicative. We did a whole house recipe job and they were in and out in under a week. They know their stuff and got things done in a timely manner while always keeping us informed with what they were going to be doing.

Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a plumbing or repiping job done well!
