Angel came out to fix my shower. He did an excellent job. He was polite and efficient. He explained the problem and solved it

Recently, our water heater started leaking. CMS Plumbing was extremely helpful and was able to replace it the same day I called. After that, I wanted to get a hot water circulation pump installed, and Angel was able to come out a different day to follow up with that. Everyone from CMS did a fantastic job, and everything is working well now!

Joey just installed my new Kohler faucet for me. He was in and out in just about an hour and did a fantastic job. I’ve been using this company for at least 10 years now and I’m also a property manager. Will use CMS again and would love to request Joey as well.

Abel arrived well within the timeframe promised. He was very professional and respectful. After I briefly explained the issue and symptoms with the kitchen sink backup. Abel offered an explanation and what could be the cause as well as several solutions for addressing the problem immediately and avoiding the problem in the future. Abel confidently started his troubleshooting. Abel worked quickly dismantling the plumbing and after snaking multiple areas he resolved the issue well within the time promised. Abel was meticulous and neat during the whole process and left the work area spotless. We are confident that Abel's quality of work will be long lasting but if we have the need for a plumber again, Abel is top of list to resolve the problem.

Angel provided the best service! He took the time to help me troubleshoot an issue with dirty water backing up into my washing machine. Not only did he help me identify the problem, he took the time to educate me in case it happens again, I know exactly where to look and direct for help in the future.

CMS technicians Jhonny and Freddy did a great pressure cleaning of sanitary sewer lines on a large property with several hundred feet of sewer lines and twelve different cleanouts. They were on time, knowledgeable, and very efficient. They made sure all access points were closed and the site was cleaned up before they left. They even helped me map out the cleanouts and lines. I will definitely use them again.

Staff made sure the appointment fit my schedule. They communicated when there are changes in the schedule. Joey was the Tech that came to fix our kitchen drain. He did the job skillfully and efficiently. Overall, we are content with Joey’s work and CMS’s business. We will use CMS and ask for Joey again one day!

Cupertino Plumbing replaced our cracked hot water heater. Everything was extremely efficient.
Appt. made quickly over the phone and verified via email. Workers showed up spot on time, determined what to do and went to work. They estimated 2 hours and were done within that time frame. They even coiled up our hose, which we had used to drain the tank, and put it near the outside faucet - exactly where it belonged. We will definitely use Cupertino Plumbing again.

I had a simple problem with my shower valve. They arrived the next day and diagnosed the issue in a few minutes. They had the parts in their van and fixed the valve is less than 30 minutes. To fill out the hour, they drained my water heater, which I had not done for a couple years. I'm happy.
