Nate was absolutely fantastic! Katie was as well in helping me schedule. Nate was in the neighborhood already and so he got to my house 10 minutes after calling Katie to schedule! How is that for service! They gave me 10% off for being a new customer and he was very thorough with clearing the blockage under my kitchen sink. Thank you all so much for helping me fix this issue right away!!!!

Awesome service, fair pricing (you get quality/value not lowest bid). They kept me in the loop on status every step of the way and even sent me a picture of the repairman coming to my house which was a nice touch. They are Navian waterless tank heater certified which is reassuring.

PPS did a great job, as usual. They replaced my R/O system and repaired a rusty pipe in my bathroom. They are the only company I trust. Highly recommend!

Pure plumbing solutions is a breath of fresh air in an industry that is often times known for lack of communication and customer service (at least some of them). PPS impresses from the very first call! Professional office that excels at communication with quotes, texts, invoices etc. they even offer financing. Nate from PPS came out in a modern, professional vehicle and attire and swapped my failing water heater the same day I called. He went out of his way to explain some of the ins and outs of water heaters, did extra bracing and replacement of some corroded valves etc. they cleaned up and it was like they were never there. Definitely my new plumbing company for life.

CMS sent a wonderful team member, Angel, to represent their business. Angel was prompt, clean, friendly, and communicative in accomplishing the task. He cared that our belongings in the bathroom did not get wet. The appointment went smoothly. I greatly appreciate the fact that he made me feel at ease to communicate with him what the troubles were and he was attentive to that. Even after he was done with his job. He noticed my boys were struggling to get water to drink from the fridge door because the pressure had a lot of air. He took the time to go back and helped get all the air out and then helped my kids get the water they so needed. I appreciate feeling like he was here to genuinely help make accomplishing the task go smoothly all around. It also important to note that he had a courteous demeanor and that put my kids at ease to have him in our home. Thank you, CMS.

Matt came by today to fix a clog in our drain just a few hours after calling! He was friendly, profesional, clean, and was able to solve the issue for both myself and our neighbor who also had his kitchen sinks backing up. The whole process was quick & painless, and he even installed a proper trap to make any potential future issues go by even more quickly. Will definitely be hittin them up again for any other issues with my home or business if they do that too!

Had a leaking hose bib replaced and Walter was in and out very quickly. The new fixture looks and works great.
Had CMS replace a failing shut-off valve in 2019 and they did a great job then, so decided to stay with them for this replacement as well.

Great service! Bryan did some plumbing at my property. He was kind, personable, and his work was of great quality. He was fast and got it all done in no time. Highly recommend CMS if you have any plumbing work you need done!

I tried to wait until Monday morning to deal with what I thought was a simple clog but the clog had other ideas. It was the main line and it was Sunday evening. Angel came to the rescue and cleared everything up while communicating everything along the way. I have big respect and empathy for on call workers, especially plumbers. My only disappointment was that Angel wasn’t wearing a cape, because he saved the day. Thanks CMS Plumbing and Angel! Give that man a promotion and raise!

Great service. Walter and his co-worker fixed our clogged bathtub and sink. They also proactively looked into other problems. We didn’t know our faucet was leaking, they replaced that within short time. Overall, very professional and highly recommend working with them.

CMS came out to help with a big clog we had that had our sinks, toilet and shower backed up. Bryan was super helpful in getting it fixed in a timely manner. Very respectful guy and respectful of our home. Always put on shoe covers when coming im and out and was friendly with our two dogs. Definitely recommend them.

Angel came 15 minutes before the time frame of 4-6pm. He is very friendly, easy to talk to. Got the job done in a good time. Can tell he is a good worker and professional.
